best msian food in food court..delicious and YUM!!!
Best roti canai at papparich tastes like the one in kl
Best chicken wings I've ever had in Melbourne!!!
Omg what food yummy .Full of flavours, perfect place for Malaysian food . Do try the curry rice if u love coconut flavour because it’s all about coconut curry flavour in it . The fried noodles rice is so yummy no doubt the noodles look too fat but doesn’t matter the taste is amazing 😉 A must try
Go to place for a meal at Westfield food court! Really fast and great service and delicious food! They also have a drink with meal combo and their ice lemon tea is amazing!
Surprisingly small portion. I usually go to the QV papparich. But this visit to the Doncaster one was a let down. The actual food portion was little but a lot of sauces. It looks big only.
I would like to see a little less sauce but bigger portion with the price range.
Thr food taste nice anyway. I will definitely come back again.
Absolutely love the seafood laksa here! One of the best around to be honest. The fact that I can get all the amazing dishes on offer in a food court is a bonus!
PappaRich was a breath of fresh air considering the other places we visited while in Doncaster today. There was none of the bad attitude or average customer service here. Fast efficient ordering and a buzzer system. We ordered a chicken curry with roti, dahl and sambal sauce. The chicken curry came out really flavoursome. Made up with thigh meat it was more tender and flavoursome too. Roti was flaky and buttery with a slight sweetness. Certainly will be somewhere I would visit again as a good hearty foodcourt option.
A little surprised to see below average rating for this branch. To be honest - I feel its one of the best PappaRich around melbourne based on the taste aspect. Deducted .5 points because of the limited menu options.
Tried almost 50% of the dishes here and love the curry chkn roti, hainanese chicken rice and laksa.
i only ever come to papparich for one dish - the vegetable laksa. it may not be the most delicately fragrant laksa around, but it's hearty, rich, sufficiently oily (yes!), and with great lumps of puffy and crunchy tofus and eggplant floating around like crashing icebergs. the malaysian equivalent to chunky, spicy, warming goulash! the noodles are just right too, unlike many laksas they don't take over the dish. quick service, bustling lunchtime atmosphere, and rather good seating options for a shopping centre food court. great value. immensely satisfying!
Decent little outpost of Pappa Rich. Ironically not that express as I waited about 15 minutes for what I thought would be quick, just a plate of char kway teow. Food and drinks were up to Pappa Rich standard so no complaints there.
Probably the best food court option in Doncaster. Laksa is a little bit smaller than if you were at a restaurant. Chicken could be a bit better quality. Still good for a quick eat.
DO: The Laksa, the beef curry Roti and the hainanese chicken rice.
DON'T: Forget to also order the Teh Tarik. A sweetened tea concoction that is bloody good.
TIP: Besides grabbing me to come join you since I work in the Centre, grab a table first then order. Saves you from wandering around with a tray full of food with no place to sit.
Currently the most comprehensive, convenient probably standard bearer for Malaysian cuisine.
The setting is authentic, comfortable and extremely kids friendly. They even have a mini kids play centre that is definitely a big hit for young family patrons.
Going to Pappa Rich feels like I'm back in Malaysia. They have an unbelievable level of completeness in the Malaysian food on their menu. From nasi lemak to briyani to great range of noodles to Kopi tiam breakie to dessert. If you are a Malaysian, you will know what I mean. This place is a must for all nostalgia hunter and Malaysian cuisine 1st timer.
While the level of quality can't be compare to the best I've tasted in Malaysia, it is quite impressive that Pappa Rich is able to uphold a good standard for almost all the food in their menu. I especially love the nasi briyani with ayam masak merah. So good, I forgot to take a picture until it's too late. The satay is one of the best I've had in Melbourne. And again no photo. Sorry.
