Good quality meals which were well priced. The lasagne was full of flavour and body, the roast of the day was tender with fresh salad and big chips. Service was great, drinks well priced. Kitchen was open late, great for travellers. We also loved the set up of the Pub.

We have had a fantastic night at the Milestone Hotel, after enjoying a ‘teaser’ lunch a couple of days prior. As visitors to Dubbo from the city we were very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food, service, cocktails and atmosphere in this hotel. Certainly not your standard pub fare. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an excellent night out. The staff go above & beyond to look after customers. Special thanks to Scott, Marissa & Carissa for their recommendations & service. Also thanks to the chef for our exceptionally tasty & well cooked meals on both occasions. It’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed every aspect of a visit to a restaurant. Well done Milestone team.

Visiting dubbo and truly enjoyed our meal here. Best dinner out. The food was amazing and the venue was equally as amazing. Loved the rooms downstairs. Best atmosphere to dine with friends and enjoy the night. Thanks for having us.

Very disappointed. Staff were friendly but clueless to how ordered what. Food ? . I ordered chicken Parma ?. Chicken over cooked , deep fried crispy dry and tastles . Chips deep fried hard and not edible . salad well plenty of lettuce. Partner ordered batted fish, deep fried. Batter oily , left oily taste in mouth. Chips and salad same as mine. In my opinion you would definitely better off eating at maccas. Don't waste your time or money.

Fantastic food and pre book a table downstairs renovated separate areas mimic a gaol for something different. Good pub menu and Thursday night rib specials were awesome!

Congratulations to Milestone Hotel and all the staff especially Carissa and bar staff (on the night) for fantastic service and providing a perfect venue . Guests were highly complimentary of the food platters and the friendliness of the bar staff. This is the second larger function I have hosted at Milestone this year and both events were very successful. The communications and support leading up to the event was outstanding. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to host a function as Cheeky Bar is perfect private area and there are many food options from buffet to platters.

2 soggy bits of broc, 2 rock hard potatoes, two scabby bits of meat. Take roasts of your menu, or change the name to ‘ Whatever’s left in the fridge and chucked in the microwave for 2 min’

Disappointed. I was only in Dubbo visiting and stopped in here to buy takeaway of 2 beef burgers without beetroot and ended up with a bun that was soaked in beetroot juice. For the price they should have been able to give me a fresh bun.
