Sensational, fresh nigiri sushi, charming, helpful front of house customer service. Please get website ordering up as sushi chef needs prior notice for my regular large orders, they bent over backwards to accommodate my last 3 delicious orders & I'm so grateful & appreciative to them...they are why i keep coming back. Thankyou Sushi Zen for making extra effort to prepare stunning sushi for entertaining! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

All food is very good. But as a korean. I can understand what the chef said. Chef's attitude is extremely bad. He complained client's waiting manner. For example "why they come into the store and stood waiting"

Modest, low key sushi joint in the heart of Dubbo. Sushi train style, very reasonably priced and so far, the numerous times I've been here, always fresh. If your after a quick bite to eat, I definately recommend this place.

Clean and friendly staffs, love their Ramen and Udon.. the mango gelato was so yummy 👌

When the kids need a tasty meal, anytime of the day, then this is the place I always take them to

delicious food, and polite servers and chefs :D

Staff was rude, sushi rice wasn't fresh. Their "wagyu" beef is actually frozen beef. Disgusting. This is not real Japanese food.

Fly in one of the dishes - staff responded as if this is a regular occurance, absolutely horrible customer service - didn't get greeted when we walked in the door or approached by a staff member at any point. They were too busy hanging out in the kitchen chatting to each other, and my daughter's sushi was made with hard, old and inedible seaweed. We left straight after the fly incident after hardly eating much however I am surprised we didn't end up with food poisoning. Should be shut down.

Love this place. Unfortunately it isn’t big enough to cater to the lines of people waiting to sit down during the busy lunch rush.

This place is great! We took our 3 yo here for lunch and the staff couldn't have been more lovely and attentive. Delicious food, super fresh and relaxed atmosphere.

No variety, what should be hot is cold, what should be crunchy is soggy & the calamari was so tough I couldn't eat it & my daughter chocked on it. You need to get with the times & use some black rice, rice paper rolls ect.
