Tried the Hing Ming tonight on a whim. So glad I did. Fresh tasting food, some of the best Chinese I've had in some time. Highly recommend.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Dubbo! We had salt and pepper squid, deep fried duck with peking sauce and Garlic king prawns. The portions are very good, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

Classic Australian country Chinese cuisine. Great service and delicious food. The perfect meal to fill up after a long day at the zoo. The takeaway phone was ringing off the hook, so clearly a local favourite!
Our meal was absolutely sensational. Satay Lamb, Braised Fish Black Pepper Sauce, Sizzling Garlic Prawns, Salt and Pepper Squid, Chinese Vegetables. Seriously delicious.
