I've had a couple of lovely meals here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and food was delivered to my table in good time. I quite like the atmosphere and the food. Not too noisy or cramped, plenty of space for my guide dog to lie comfortably.
The staff on the counter are so friendly, always make you smile and want to make sure you have a great experience. The service is fast and the food tastes and good as it looks. Definetly a nice place for a breakfast or lunch out.
Has the best coffee.
UPDATE 12 months later. New owners. Food still good, coffee nice and hot, croissant not on the menu but they still found one to serve. Only issue the dinner plates were stony cold and any food on them quickly went cold.
Perhaps someone was having an off day.
Cafè 🍒 Cherry Bean is usually quite good and reliable.
Today, my large Belgium White Chocolate 🍫 was watery. It tasted like a blob of white chocolate in a cup of hot water. Not at all what I expected or expect.
And the sultana toast was thin too.

Am a regular at this venue mainly for morning tea. Great coffee which keeps me coming back. Friendly and welcoming staff. Only thing is chairs at booths are too small and uncomfortable. Other than this I would have given 5 stars
Often eat there and always enjoy the food. Perhaps you should be more vigilant with getting people to sign in. Saw 2 couples walk straight to a table with a menu, then back to the counter to order without signing in. Although your sign is clear, maybe it needs to stand out more.
Coffee is great, staff were excellent and the food was good. The only complaint with the food was the poached eggs were hard boiled. The barista was lovely. Really brightend up my sleepy morning.
