Review Oporto - Dubbo

Would not recommend. Food was handed to another customer who proceeded to open the food (3 seperate people) put their hands in the bags and realise it was wrong. When I asked for the food that had been replaced I WATCHED THE OWNER MOVE THE FOOD FROM ONE BAG TO THE OTHER. When I pointed it out the owner argued with and and showed me ONE bag of food that he had kept and replaced and not three bags 😡 instead of replacing it he decided to argue with me about it. Finally after he argued about it said he would change it, but frankly I was already so annoyed at the food handling safety of this store I decided to take the food and throw it in the nearest bin. I have also contacted the food health regulator about this experience as if this is what they do in front of customers I couldn’t imagine what happens behind the scenes and for food delivery services.

Really overpriced and rip off. Ordered chicken "strips" and they were all half sized. Ordered 4 and received essentially it was two cut into halves to make up four. Absolute rip off

Found cabbage twice in the Burger instead of putting lettuce on it.

Worst Oporto till date, raw chicken. Soggy chips please avoid shite place

Awful salad, not sure what they did.

Tonight was our first time having Oporto's and I'm sure the manager serving us could tell. He made us and our children feel welcomed. Helping us find the right thing to eat and ensuring we found something for our kids to eat. Wonderful customer service, made us feel very welcomed. And as we were finishing one of the kids spilt a drink and the manager was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Thank you
