Review Pizza Hut Dubbo - Dubbo

We are visiting Dubbo from 9hrs away. We ordered pizzas for a few of us tonight from Puzza Hut here in Dubbo. The young man on the phone was very nice and the young man that delivered the pizzas was also very nice. The problem I have is that the phone order and what was delivered was not the same. I had my phone on speaker and I had a friend here with me when I ordered so there was no mistake at our end. I clearly asked about deals and he said 3 large pizzas, 3 garlic bread and 3 drinks. We even discussed drink flavours, 1 coke, 1 lemon and I orange. The problem was that when the order was delivered, there were NO DRINKS as agreed. The young man said he could go get drinks but we would have to pay for them as an extra. I am sorry but this time Puzza Hut was wrong VERY VAD SERVICE! We will be here for almost a week and guess what, we won't be ordering from them again as what you order IS NOT WHAT YOU GET 😪

Fresh and sumptuous but......the hot and spicy chicken pizza was not spicy. The pizza was thick and fresh. They got Buy 1 get 1 free on large pizzas on Tuesday.

My go to pizza joint. Always generous with toppings, delivered hot and fresh quickly. Best deep pan crust in town. Super friendly and consistent with quality. Not as expensive as other pizza restaurants in town either.

My pizza was absolutely outstanding and delicious i would say the best pizza I've had in many many years and i wasn't even though the first piece it was exactly what I ordered and more. ( my last pizza was from a unnamed domino's store and was absolutely disgusting) THANK YOU DUBBO PIZZA HUT TEAM

Ordered pizzas Hot & spicy chicken thin and crispy There was no chicken and pineapple, only sauce and cheese. And bases were also not crispy at all. When called to inform them, manager who answered phone didn’t respond well and hanged up phone. Can’t go lower than 1 ⭐️

Ordered 2 for Tuesday. When I got home I realised that we had paid for chicken but didn’t receive it on the pizza. We rang the Dubbo store and the manager didn’t hesitate and got another made up. When I picked it up I was greeted at the door and handed the pizza with wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Missed items in the order. Never rung me, and the driver just ignored me items were missing...
