My friend booked and paid $200 to have the entire place booked out for an exclusive party only to be told children had to be excluded to different areas and told that it wasn't booked out just for us. I wish more people knew about this place. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, my 4yr old loves the different play areas and there is coffee. Win win win

Staff grab people's young children by the arms and drag them out areas instead of approaching adults with the young child, absolutely would not recommend this place EVER! You can keep trying to deny this but 5 adults see this! Maybe the police should be involved and your CCTV footage reviewed too
