My sons 1st birthday started at 9:30am food wasnt bought out till 10:40am and then it was cold. Then it was not much food. We were told when we could cut the cake. There was no party atmosphere at all. Then we were running a little late to leave at 11:45am and were told by the very very rude owner that we needed to go because we only left them only 5 minutes to clean up. Not happy at all!!! Then when we left we saw people taking in there own food for the party when we were told we couldnt take our own!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL I WONT BE BACK AND NEITHER WILL ANYONE THAT ATTENDED WITH US

Visiting from Sydney and were recommended to come here. We were actually having a fantastic time and my daughter was loving it I was with her supervising the whole time. We were then approached by an older lady who works there who told us to leave that area because it’s a 5-12 zone and there was a birthday party with older kids who get preference. The sign clearly said 3-12 year with adult supervision. When I told her this she told me to go read it again because I’m wrong. So rude!!!! I then took her to the sign and showed her it says 3-12 and her response was well that needs to be changed and my daughter could only play in a small section for the rest of the time and just watched the other kids. Won’t be going back. Terrible service.

Friendly and relaxed. Had a beautiful gluten free steak sandwich made by the owner and a lovely coffee made on lactose free by Al. Air condishoning is fixed so it was nice and cool inside. Great set up for Miss 5 years and Mr 3 years who enjoyed a milkshake, a cookie and a play 🍪

We took the kids here when we visited Dubbo for a few nights, I couldn't speak more highly of the place and the kids had a ball, so much so we went back the next day. Lisa & Graham were very customer focussed and the play equipment is clean and well kept. A cheap way to entertain the kids for a couple of hours!

My friend booked and paid $200 to have the entire place booked out for an exclusive party only to be told children had to be excluded to different areas and told that it wasn't booked out just for us. Then be told that snacks and food would be provided for everyone only to be handed 2 jugs of drink and a tiny plate of food for each child. Not to mention the older woman who thinks it's perfectly fine to put her hands on children and drag them around like they are animals. Absolutely disgusted in this place and will not be back and I would highly suggest to anyone wanting to visit to rethink your decision.

Unlikely to come back again. Only stayed for approximately 30mins. As per previous reviews the play areas are restricted to either 2-5years or 5-12years. We took our two sons aged 2 and 5 but only the 5 year old could use both areas where the younger was only allowed in one, he stood there looking through the fence the whole time just wanting to be in the same area as his brother. We took him into the other side and within seconds we were told he wasn't allowed in that side. Another thing that is quite annoying is that the table and chairs are separated from the play areas so we were forever getting up and down to let the kids out. With the fact that you sign a waver upon entry I feel the age restrictions could be just a recommendation if parents want their kids together then they should be

I wish more people knew about this place. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, my 4yr old loves the different play areas and there is coffee. Win win win

Staff grab people's young children by the arms and drag them out areas instead of approaching adults with the young child, absolutely would not recommend this place EVER! You can keep trying to deny this but 5 adults see this! Maybe the police should be involved and your CCTV footage reviewed too
