Review Mcdonald's - Dubbo

I can only attest to the drive thru service as I didn’t go in to the restaurant itself. While the person taking the order was polite and friendly, my order was wrong with things missing so I had to go around again. Not great when you have 3 kids hungry for food

You purchase a meal cooked by a teenager trained in a structured setting. You have equal odds getting a better meal from a frozen pizza. Like all fast food....it's a gamble if the meal represents a reflection of the menu.

OMG… I had a double Big Mac here tonight and it was the best Big Mac I have ever eaten in my life. I’d also like to mention the fries were unreal as well. The store and toilet facilities were also clean. The staff were very busy but still found the time to be helpful and friendly. A well deserved 5 stars from me and my family.

The most disgusting ladies toilets I’ve ever been to and when I advised staff they thought it was amusing! Filthy with loose seats. Don’t look like they’ve been cleaned a long time. Glad I only bought coffee because if that’s how dirty the toilets are I dread to think what the kitchen standards are like. Very unfortunate as usually whilst travelling we consider McDonald’s a safe stope for a break 😩

I’ve been coming here nearly everyday for over a month due to work. The service is amazing, the kitchen is clean, the staff work so well together. Personally the ginger weirds me out but that’s irrelevant. Everything Has been amazing quality wise, almost as good as Melbourne casino McDonalds, which we know is the ‘cream of the crop’ as far as Australian McDonald’s, next to south Perths. I come in looking like a regular joe, and I’m still treated amazing. Staff here should have a pay rise or some kind of acknowledgment :)

Staff mixed up my order in drive through. All 4 drinks handed to me with what I had ordered were wrong then when I pointed it out the staff just told me to go back around through drive through and pay again to have it fixed.. so is thus now a McDonald's thing? When staff make mistakes they make the customer pay for them?

Tasteless chicken burgers. Took them 20 mins to prepare my order even though i was the only one there and no people in drive through. 24 hours only for drive through. You can’t walk in to buy anything. Store was clean.

Being from Sydney you just come to accept trash Maccas’ as the norm. So when you come to a country town, you’ll normally be pleasantly surprised. Service was quick, food was hot, and the quality was excellent. Wish all Maccas were like this one.
