Review Burger Urge - Dubbo

Honestly, what a ***king circus. Get an order delivered by Menulog, no drinks. Ask me to come pick up the rest of our order. I apologise that getting the rest of my order seemed to be an incovenience to you guys when I was there. At least the drinks were cold, almost as cold as the burgers or the 1/2 sized servings of cold limp chips that came with them, really top job, ****ing marvellous guys. But you guys were busy so I guess that does mean you dont have to give a s*** so well done. $30 dollars a meal, I can shoot you my address if youd like to finish robbing me? Seriously, wonderful work guys.

The staff were so friendly, the food tasted great, the artworks were very aesthetically pleasing. My burger and fries were freshly prepared and were nice and hot. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food I love this place would recommend to anyone.

10/10 I would 100% recommend this store to everyone l, the burgers a beautiful, fries, onion rings, tenders and sweet potato fries are just amazing. Personally I recommend the southern fried burger. I just love this store, everyone should visit😋

Staff was really friendly food was great they decorate the building so nice I loved the art work on the wall the food was freshly cooked and the kids meals was great the little colouring book kept the kids settle when me and my friends was talking about out weekend camping trip 😊

I dined in today. Arrived just before 12. Three other tables occupied and one family looking at the menu, so not very busy. Orderered and sat down. The table was filthy. I wiped it down with a napkin, but it stuck to the table. I persevered and did the best I could. The napkin went black. My drink was delivered and no attempt was made to clean the table, as the waiter walked away I asked him to please wipe the table down and showed him the black napkin. 10 minutes later he returned with chuxwipe and wiped down the table. No cleaner was used and the table didn't appear damp as he did it. 38 minutes after ordering, my meal arrived. The burger was tasty, however it was know where near hot enough and the fries were stone cold. If that is the best you can do on a relatively quiet day, god help anyone who eats there when they are busy! I have attached a photo of a second napkin I used after my attemp to wipe down the table and after your waiter cleaned it as well. Poor form Burger Urge Dubbo. I won't be back. I will post this on your review page, but don't expect it to be there long.

Staff were friendly. Premises felt really clean. Kids meals were great value. Chicken burger was delicious.

Went to this burger place on holidays. Interesting burger names I must say. We ordered chicken and veg burger.I liked my veggie bad boy burger and fries. My hubby said Chicken burger was ok. Huge range of veg and vegan burgers. Nice service and staff.

Nice burgers, juicy patties, quick service. Side fries that come with the burger meal are not enough though. Place was not kept as clean as it should be with old plates and drink bottles kept on tables too long
