Review Domino's Pizza - Dubbo

I rang through from Victoria to order a pizza & garlic bread for my truck driver husband, pick up an hour after I spoke to them. Husband arrived, apparently no pizza ordered! After speaking to someone TWICE, you would think it wouldn’t be that hard to have it ready.

First delivery driver brought me a pizza with none of the extra toppings I paid for. Called the store and they offered to remake it. The second deliver driver brings me somebody else's order and tries to convince me it's the right order for my house, and when I promise I didn't order that meal he tells me to wait. Another 30 minutes and the THIRD delivery driver tells me he's outside my house but he's at the completely wrong address, tried to convince me I'm wrong and says that I wrote the wrong address and and he will prove it to me by showing me the receipt. 10 minutes later and I finally get my pizza. One of my toppings was still missing. In total I had to wait 1hr 25 minutes for an almost correct pizza and had to talk to 3 separate people to make it happen. I particular dislike the delivery drivers trying to blame mistakes on me, if you get a detail wrong just fix the mistake don't gaslight the customer

Ordered Chicken Spring pizza in store. When I bring it home, I found it was bacon with beef. Can’t eat it and I immediately chuck it in a bin. Staff are so careless in taking order. Disappointed by their service.

I ordered Peri Peri chicken, nothing against dominos , as I love their pizza, the store was super busy but I am upset to see this uneven Dow and uneven chicken portion. It is not upto the mark however as a customer I have some rights. The people are good but I want refund from dominos itself. Friday night , I know it is busy but I cannot compromise my dinner after a tiresome day.

Public Holiday, to lazy to cook, Domino's to the rescue, clean store, friendly staff, fast service, one extra star would be if the godfather pizza was spicy hot.

The pizzas are really good most days and the customer service is quick.

Ordered some pizzas for delivery with an eta of 30min. An hour later we called the store who said they were just making it now and would take another 30min. Waited the 30min. Called the store again, was told they were just making it now. So the first person clearly lied. Finally after waiting 2 hours and 2 phone calls, we got our pizzas. Bad customer service. If you are that busy, tell your customer so we can decide if we want to wait or go elsewhere.

Worst Pizza o ever tried in dominos. Peri peri sauce they cannot swirl whole pizza just little in middle of pizza. Too much cheese but less othrr ingredients. Ordered peri-peri chicken, but get whited coated pizza with little sauce on middle.
