Always busy bit always good service and quality. Usually pretty clean inside too. There is another KFC out near Bunnings but it’s usually flat out too. Plenty of places to sit and eat.

Had to wait 50 minutes inside for a order but user drivers would come in and seem to get first preference.... understand that they were busy I had to order at kiosk but then I find out the long wait time otherwise would gone across the road.

Absolutely woeful.
Big puddles of water throughout the shop on the floor, not one customer dining in the store, yet every table and seat were covered in grime, grease and food.
Customer service was appalling with at least 4 staff members just standing around without anyone acknowledging we were there to order and when they did, it seemed such an effort to do so.
For the life of me don’t know what the staff are getting paid for.

Yet another flat out fast food out let with long waits, missing menu items and a gaggle of young teens with terrible service skills. I was told the dessert items were out of stock then incorrectly refunded. Expect long waits. Other than that the quality was good.

Once again I was silly enough to go here. If your open your food should be hot! Disappointed everytime I go here. Ridiculous wait times in drive through and the low quality of the "chicken" are also a big let down. I kept the 1 thing you couldn't stuff up, the can of Pepsi. Threw the rest!

Amazing! Wonderful staff on the drive through window. Was even given an extra Pepsi. Thank you very much! Good chicken as always also. Be kind to staff working fast food chains. It's hard times for us all!

Manager just used her mouth to open frozen packet of chip. Most the staff standing around doing nothing had to wait more than 20 minutes to order.07072022

I would just like to say that Lauren manager at KFC is amazing recently I put an order for door dash and thinking I had changed the address and not double checking she went above and beyond to let the door dash person know where I was and deliver to the right address keep up the excellent customer service Lauren your a super star...
