Erm, what can I say? Best sausages I've ever had, they even put up with my three spawn adjusting to being in a non-home eating environment. They were really busy yet service was attentive and timely. And that Tipsy Trifle? INSANE. Yeah, guys; you're kicking culinary and good vibe goals all over the place. Thanks for making my kid's 10th birthday awesome.

Loved it! The pork,maple and bacon sausage was my favourite. The Camel, a very surprising second. Great vibe, awesome staff and simple food done well. I'll be back :)

Loved every minute of our evening here! Chrissy was a fantastic host and we had some great chats. The food was amazing. My favourite was the diot pork sausage and the smoked mozzarella spring roll (definitely not what it's called!). Beer selection was fantastic and matched. Just go, have a chat about what you like and have a great time, it's almost impossible not to.

The sausages are prime cuts of meat without all the crap of inferior snags. No filler but seriously filling. Oh and the staff are nice too. Please insist on stroking the knitted sausages.

Something a bit different - menu and ambiance. When you come here, you know what you're getting. It's sausages. There are a few, but not a lot, of different types to choose. The flavours were like a gourmet supermarket sausage. Ive had much better and juicer. I really enjoyed 1 of the 4 types that I tried.

The Wednesday night special is worth it.
Bit the normal price, would greatly impact my experience and perception. I wouldn't pay $9+ for each dish I had tonight.

Had dinner with my better half at the factory on Sat evening. We shared the five sausage mix, we dropped the chicken and the bratwurst. All five were great, out favourites were the Lamb and the Camel, both were juicy and delicious. Had the beetroot and pear salad on the side, delicious.
Excellent beer menu too, the Slick Rick red ale is outstanding.
A little out of the way for us but hope we return.

Very cute sausage decoration everywhere and very lovely atmosphere. ;) Pear and Beetroot salad is very delicious. Stuff is very nice too. Love it!

I had such a lovely experience tonight at The Sausage factory. Service was exceptional and the food was super delicious. My favourite was the chicken sausages and the spread of condiments we had on the side. The sausages are super moist and are seasoned perfectly for you to eat them as they are.

For the atmosphere, service, food and experience I was more than happy to be there - and will be back again! It’s perfect for date night, or casual drinks with the group. I had a great experience all round and its so nice having a restaurant like this is Dully!

Finally got to the SF a few weeks ago and it was worth the wait.

Having had Chrissy's snags in the past, and enjoying them, I was expecting to enjoy dinner here.

We got the dinner for two which comes with your selection of 5 snags, with thick sliced sourdough and butter, pickles, condiments and a salad choice.

We chose the camel, beef, lamb, pork, and chicken snag, with the camel being the standout. Our other faves were the beef and lamb.

I also had a delicious sour craft beer.

Cannot wait to return.

The first thing you'll notice about the Sausage Factory are the knitted sausages in the front window. They've all been handmade by Chrissy Flanagan, who adds pickle pro and Sausage Queen to a comprehensive list of long-forgotten skills. Chrissy is the force behind Chrissy's Cuts, a well-loved snag supplier at local markets, pop-up events (you may have eaten her sausage dogs at this year's Sydney Festival at The Beach in the Cutaway at Barangaroo Reserve) and restaurants (her camel sausage is on the menu at Anason).

There aren’t enough nice things to say about this place. I gifted my partner tickets to the Sausage Queen’s sausage making course for his birthday and it was fantastic. On top of making sausages that you get to take home, the course includes bottomless beer (brewed in-house) and a sausage lunch (made by the Sausage Queen herself), and everything was delicious. Chrissy (supported by her partner Jim) is clearly so passionate about what she does. And it just shines through in everything. I cannot recommend the Sausage Queen (whether it’s the course or just dinner) highly enough.

Absolutely divine, that's how I would describe it! Sausages and beer are all amazing and lovingly made as well! Atmosphere is cosy and cute. Definitely need to book ahead of time, and I highly suggest getting the bottomless booze so you can try a few different things- the cocktail was my favourite!

I’m incredibly sad that this experience had to end. Booked for Friday night dinner on a whim after seeing a high rating on here and boy do Chrissie and Jim deserve it! It’s a crafted banquet experience made with love, artistry and an insane amount of flavour. I didn’t know a sausage sanga could be elevated the way it was. They also take the care to explain each dish, how to best enjoy it, and also cater for allergies. Cannot recommend this experience enough and will definitely be gifting it to friends too. Thank you to the sausage queen and her humble team for an unforgettable experience!!

The Sausage Factory is where you go to dine with eccentric family members you didn’t know you had. The food is first class. The service is warm & fun. The drinks are life. It’s an intimate party. We’re regulars now we love the place

A lovely birthday celebration with friends at the gorgeous Sausage Factory. Everything is done to perfection, the welcoming, the service and of course the food. The three course sausage platter was just amazing, full of delightful flavour, served and followed up by the chef visiting your table to tell you all about the sausage and what sides to eat it with. We left very happily full of beer and sausage. Thanks to Chrissy and Jim for the amazing sausage experience and for just being super lovely people. Dully is made all the better for this gem of an eatery.

Had the best time at the Sausage Factory last night. Sausages somehow 11/10 - you could taste every little flavour. Gourmet would be an understatement! We loved how Jim came out to explain each sausage and gave us tips on the best accompaniment pairings. Lamb+pickled persimmon? Divine. Thanks Chrissy, Jim and the team. We could taste the love in every bite. Will definitely be back.

Could not recommend the Sausage Factory enough! My partner and I did the sausage making class and loved every second- Chrissy and Jim are the kind of people who make you feel like you’re amongst friends from the moment you step in. Great class, delicious food and beer and a fantastic atmosphere- we will be back for dinner soon! Thanks to you both for such a great day!
