So great to find a café that serves so many gluten-free and dairy-free options in the one meal! Staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.
What a find ! Love that I can come her for a wholesome meal that’s filled with healthy goodness or even a treat with my little people that isn’t going to give them that crazy sugar high and still satisfy fussy taste buds. Definitely a family favourite.

We absolutely loved our visit this morning we had a beautiful breakfast and coffee and our girls both had a sneaky but healthy donut that they devoured.

What a lovely morning yesterday. Arrived right in opening time and settled in for an amazing coffee nice and strong and some readings for work until the kitchen opened at 9. Breakfast was worth the wait. Tasty delicious and service was friendly and accommodating!! See you next time!

Healthy organic food that’s also delicious AF? You can find Hills Organic tucked away in an industrial-like complex in Dural. I can’t boast about the Snickers Bowl enough. It was full of chocolatey, peanutty goodness and drizzled in the most amazing chocolate sauce, the Snicker Bowl is a must. The store inside also sells great organic products from granola to toothpaste and pasta sauces to coffee. So much to see and try.
Service was friendly and food is fresh and organic of course. The Snickers Smoothie bowl was AMAZING and a must. It’s not too sweet but you still get your sugar hit. No faults from me on that dish. The tofu salad was nicely balanced but very simple and a little small for its price. I still loved the simplicity and freshness the salad had, plus it had just the right amount of dressing.
PS. Even though the ‘groceries’ they sell are more expensive (obviously because they’re a small business), I still bought the Paleo Organic Muesli by 2Die4 and I absolutely love it highly recommend that !
Snickers bowl was extremely tasty and the roasted tofu salad was slightly above average. The wait time for food however, was quite long considering we were the only customers - although the service was lovely! The mini health food store was quirky and pretty cool! Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

An organic wholefoods store and café nestled in Dural, Hills Organic is a hidden gem waiting to excite your taste buds.
I was lucky enough to try three of their dishes - The Big Healthy Breakfast ($22), Vegan Waffles ($18) and Sunshine Bowl ($17) - as well as two drinks - Large Flat White on Soy ($4.50) and the Super Banana Smoothie $10.
The Big Healthy Breakfast had everything you would expect on a savoury breakfast platter but was unique in that there was a real emphasis on providing organic, whole foods. Unlike most, the Big Healthy Breakfast featured organic marinated beans, grass fed paleo sausage, cashew cheese, sauerkraut, organic poached eggs and organic sourdough. I thought that the dish made for the perfect meal to get you out of bed and I appreciated that you could construct different combinations of flavours with the ingredients separated on the plate. My only comment would be that the sausage was dry but otherwise tasted great.
Having tried Vegan Waffles in the past, I was a little hesitant to dig in. In my experience, vegan pancakes and waffles tend to be drier than their non-vegan counterparts. To my surprise, these waffles were quite fluffy considering and with the berry compote and coconut chantilly cream, I seriously could not stop eating this dish.
Adding some sunshine to the table, the Sunshine Bowl was a gorgeous little fruit smoothie bowl. My favourite dish of the day, the Sunshine Bowl added colour and vibrancy to the plate and an escape from some of the heavier flavours of the other dishes. The flavour was light and refreshing on the palate and the bowl is actually deceptively large. I'm keen to revisit to try their other sweet bowls.
Coffee was good and the Super Banana Smoothie had a subtle and smooth taste. Beside the Sunshine Bowl, I felt that the Super Banana Smoothie could have had a richer flavour.

Hills Organics is a cafe inside an organic food store. As soon as you walk in you can’t help but go straight to the shelves and have a peek at all the various healthy products in the store. . After we’d finished browsing the shelves, we sat down and had a look at the menu. Everything sounded so inviting.
Hills Organics is a wholefoods cafe and grocery store in Dural that serves a range of healthy and delicious foods. I love how it is is also a speciality grocery store that sells lots of super foods so that you can make the meals at home too. I had heard good things about this place so made the trek here one weekend.
Came as a guest. A little hidden gem that doubles as a small mini mart. As you can tell by the food it’s organic and the tastes that much better. My savoury waffles,what makes this is the kale sauce or kaleonaise sauce. It’s different but really enjoyable. My missus enjoyed her her green eggs bowl especially the gf sprouted bread which is homemade. The shakes are nice and this place is worth a visit
Super healthy cafe with a ton of vegan options. The green smoothie was no joke the best green smoothie I have had... ever. It might seem silly to rate a smoothie because "don't they all taste pretty similar"? but noooo this was like none i've had before. The mexican bowl was a healthier version but still tasted great albeit prices being kinda high.

Hills Organics in Dural is an organic grocer and whole food cafe serving healthy modern café food with vitality. They are the specialists of organic, paleo, vegan and gluten free cuisine, but their exciting menu of nourishing dishes will tempt any good food lover. Dural is the semi rural haven of The Baulkham Hills Shire. With the lighter weekend traffic, Hills Organics is a cruisy 25 minute drive from Parramatta, and the perfect destination for a Sunday brunch. The café is located in a business estate where we easily found parking.

Dural blocks are big. While still located inside the Sydney metropolitan area, the suburb has managed to keep a semi-rural feel, and with it, an increased sense of space. Picturing this in my head, I’m surprised to find Google Maps directing us into a soulless mixed industrial park for our breakfast. Rolling down the windows drowns the vehicle in saturated fats emanating from the centre’s KFC. Hills Organics sits on the sunnier side of the complex, with its windows drinking in the morning sun.“We’re all about the good fats here,” our waitress laughs when I express my surprise, before going on to explain what MCT oil is. It means medium-chain triglycerides and it is a saturated fatty acid that apparently helps your brain, which is why they stick it in their Bullett Coffee ($5) alongside grass-fed butter. It sounds a bit hardcore for my first drink of the day. My question should clue you in that I am a little out of place here. There’s also the fact that nearly everyone else is wearing active wear - boot camp training hoodies and Adidas shoes abound. And don't even get me started about the overhead collection of wellness books written by mostly by blonde, long-haired women, topped off with two tomes from the scientifically disparaged, medically unqualified, paleo-proponent, Pete Evans...
We took a few detours to finally arrive at this cosy cafe. It’s quite small but is perfect for brunch dates and small meet ups with family and friends. I decided to try this place bevause:. 1. Close to home. 3. It’s healthy!. I love how their menu changes according to the seasons which shows that they do care about their customers and want to make sure that our taste buds are always satisfied depending on the weather.
As always amazing service. I could binge eat here and never feel guilty. I love everything about the place. I always order an expresso which comes out silky smooth and full of flavour. Probably the best coffee blend in the hills. I would recommend the protein porridge and big breaky. Looking forward to trying out more dishes from the menu :p
So we've been attempting to eat a bit healthier lately and have tried a few different places but Hills Organic has seriously been the a stand out. Even Andy (who would choose a burger & ice cream for breakfast if he had the chance) was impressed by how tasty my pesto covered salmon & poached eggs were.
Andy ordered the big healthy breakfast and actually said it was better than your typical big breakfast since he didn't feel so 'heavy' aftewards. He also loves his sweets and so the healthy snickers bowl (banana, peanut butter, cacao, almonds, vegan chocolate, coconut, buckwheat) was right up his alley!
We're on the lookout for other healthy food establishments now and hope they taste as good as this place. Hills Organic has now become our benchmark.
We're always a fan of the small little cafes in Dural and Hills Organics is no different. The cafe is unique in that it serves some seriously healthy and organic cafe dishes as well as stocking wholefoods ingredients you won't find anywhere else.
Tanmay and I are always trying to eat healthy but we also love all the naughty brunch dishes – pancakes, waffles and fried chicken!. Lucky for us, we found Hills Organics in Dural, which serves up delicious, fresh, healthy dishes that are organic and good for you!. The best part is – they have a store within the cafe so you can then stock up on all these healthy goodies to take home.
Surprisingly incredible food, normally I get let down by healthy kinda food but this was truely tasteful and amazing. Coffee was great as well ! Friendly service :)

Smashed avo on paleo bread, paleo sausage with eggs setup to be broken over the top. Washing it down with a glass of Kombucha - a fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened tea drinks, the entire hearty meal felt like an inner cleansing experience I've never associated with any meal before.

Located in Dural, this place is worth a visit and the drive if you are looking for fresh and tasty whole foods. Starting off as a whole food store and then making the transition into fully functioning cafe 6 months ago was the right move for these guys. With a menu that will please everyone from the yoga-enthusiast and gym-junkie to weekend lover of brunch, you are sure to find a meal here that will satisfy. We ordered the beetroot latte and bullet coffee - both of which were done on point. The latte was a vibrant red yet without the overpowering taste and the bullet coffee was the perfect mix of coffee, butter and MCT oil - if you haven’t tried one yet, get on them. The Acai bowl was amazing, covered in fresh fruit and topped with cocowhip for good measure. The keto-plate was a mix of greens, salmon and a great macadamia bread that was filling for the whole day. This is definitely a place to visit, chow down on their great eats and then stock up on the great whole food options they have in the store.

Hills Organics is located in a very unsuspecting complex in Dural, hidden away and the last place you'd expect to find an organic cafe. This hasn't stopped locals finding it though, the cafe was bustling with families, couples and friends. . We popped by for a Saturday lunch. A warm day, we ordered some refreshing drinks. Duke has the berry smoothie, which looked beautiful, coated in coconut, chia, and goji berries. This was tasty and creamy, however we think a touch of ice would have made it perfect! Duchess ordered the kombucha, which Hills Organics have on tap. Served with fresh berries and some mint, this was super refreshing.
Dynamic organic food in a relaxed atmosphere. Prompt friendly service and imaginative menu. My Nourish Bowl with was delicious! Definitely be back to try some other options
I was pretty excited to discover a new healthy wholefoods organic cafe in the Hills area. I really like how their menu says that pretty much every dish can be made vegetarian or vegan to suit your needs. I treated myself to the vegan waffles, and they more than lived up to my expectations. I really enjoyed it, and the added Cocowhip (vegan, dairy free ice cream) was quite refreshing. The other dish we ordered was the paleo benny. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and I was in heaven tasting the runny yolk combined with the vegan ‘hollandaise’ sauce. Another dish I would happily eat again.
Two minor downsides was that the service wasn't the fastest (perhaps due to them being new), and dishes might not fill you up completely if you are a bigger eater, as the portions aren't the biggest. Despite this, overall I definitely enjoyed my experience at this cafe and can see myself coming back to try out more of their dishes.
