arrived with raw dough. On top of that, it included potato, which was specifically not supposed to be included. My pregnant girlfriend is allergic to potato and is now going to bed hungry. When I called, they were unsympathetic and offered no assistance or solution. Not interested in solving the problem Never again.

The best old school pizzas in the Hills for longer than I can remember. Other shops in Castle Hill come and go and I always end up going back to Cristina’s.

Food is good but such a hassle getting anything delivered from here. Order was cancelled 20 minutes into preparation and only noticed this when it was due to arrive. Have had my order cancelled and a lot of the time they are not available for delivery

I ordered dinner at Cristina’s tonight through menulog at 6.15pm. After waiting an hour I rang the restaurant and was put on hold... I eventually hung up. When I tried to ring again it was engaged. Eventually after waiting over 1.5 hours the food arrived. The driver gave the food to my daughter at the front door, I wanted to ask why it took so long so walked down the driveway to speak to the driver. He saw me and sped of quickly. The food was lukewarm. Absolutely appalling service.

Ordered here twice. Both times the pizza was almost stone cold even though we only live 10 minutes away and both times it was over an hour until it arrived when they said it would be under an hour. Pizza was ok after we put it in our oven for a bit.

I have tried all pizzas within about a 5km radius over 6 years, and these guys are the best. Not too salty, good crust, enough toppings, good price and location, polite staff, family Hills business - what more do you want.
