Great food with great service. Live music with classic songs on weekends. Attentive staffs that always make us feel at home. Peking duck is the must-have, and fried ice cream is the must-try.

Very disappointed with this take away meal, I think most of it was microwaved from last nights leftovers. The honey chicken was dry ( no honey) and the batter was soft not crunchy as it would be if it was freshly cooked. The Chicken chowmein burned from the reheating and the bottom of it drowning in sauce. The sweet and sour pork was ok but that one is hard to tell if it was fresh or not. Overall I won’t be back and won’t recommend anyone to eat here

Great food, some of the best Chinese cuisine I've ever had served hot and still sizzling. Waitstaff were great too: kind, attending, and made us feel like they were genuinely happy to see us there. They served us with a lot of flair and fanciness too; it made date night feel truly special.

Have only had takeaway so far but it was still the best Chinese takeaway we've had in a long time. The sweet & sour pork was the best I think I've ever had, with nice juicy bits of pork that haven't been fried to death. Will be going back again.

Just a suburban Chinese restaurant with somewhat average food and well below average service. We ordered the prawn cutlets (average) deep fried gowgee (bad) fried rice (okay) Scallops with ginger and soy (very nice) prawn omelet (good) satay combination (dish didn't turn up) chilli prawn (okay). As you can see the food was a bit of a mixed bag. The service was really bad though, I had to walk up to the bar to order a second drink, they didn't offer water and when we ordered water the staff didn't bring it out. Also they didn't offer us tea/coffee or desert at the end of dinner so we just sat there awkwardly waiting for a while then left (they didn't even bring us a bill). And finally there was a guy vacuuming nearby our table while we're were eating which was a bit off-putting. We went on a Friday night so they had entertainment which was pretty good, but not enough to make up for the bad service and average food. Just two stars for this place, can't see myself coming back

Terrace was great and the food was amazing the service was great, the staff are lovely and are always open for a chat. The experience tonight was amazing and the singing was great so entertaining. That's why I give this place 5 stars it was so good and I recommend this for everyone if they want a good night. Thank you Terrace Chinese for the amazing food.

It's such a pity that we only discovered Dural Terrace 5 years after moving to the area. It's like going back in time to your favourite childhood Chinese restaurant where you know the sweet and sour pork is sticky and the fried rice yummy. To top it all, you can enjoy some live music while the kids dance their hearts out. Rural Terrace is a true family restaurant.

We had a lovely meal,very freshly cooked The restaurant was very busy due to it being New Year's Eve .The staff were excellent and were conversant with the serving of gluten free meals for a coeliac in our party We have been coming here for 23 years and never been disappointed ; tonight was no exception Well done the new generation

For years I've attended this restaurant.  It's a family business.  Once I went to a family birthday party here for a man who was 100 years old.  He danced with his wife, then 96.  The restaurant was packed, since it was booked ahead of time.  The meal was delicious.  We all had heaps of fun.  These days I mostly get Take-Away food, since it's less than 5 minutes from a school where I do a lot of work.  Next year I will be 80 years old, but I look younger, sound younger, and move well enough to play golf!
