One of my favourite Oporto stores. The food is Always hot, fresh and tasty. Never been an issue with the staff either. Very patient and helpful. They Always makes sure they have everything in the bag including the sauce. Sometimes the staff will help take things to the car if I need help, and Parking is convenient too, being right outside the door...
New management, quite attentive staff for a fast food place! Meal delivered to my seat, fresh chicken & extra Bondi sauce added as requested (some other Oporto's skimp on this).
The venue is nice and modern, the food was overall good. Chips could have been cooked more to be crisp but they weren't undercooked.
I recently went to Earlwood oportos and oh golly oh gosh was i happy to be greeted by a young man with great manners. I ordered my food and received it in A WHOPPING 2 MINUTES. GREAT SERVICE, SO PLEASED. Anyone who is writing a bad review about this place is off their rocker. Owner please see this a reply would make my year. Definently will be back as soon as i finish this fn game im about to win.
P.S I didn't catch the workers name but i would give him a pat on the back!!, he was raised very well i would like to meet his parents.
Fantastic customer service. They were out of whole chickens when I ordered, but called to let me know and offered to swap for fillets and tenders. 10/10 would go to again.
New management is really great. They're super friendly and always carry the food out to my table. If you're in Earlwood and feeling like fast food, this place is the best in the area.
