Excellent. Interesting location, but once you reach the roof, nice views around Fremantle. The food for dinner was really very very good. Some of the best flavours we have had in Fremantle. Wine choice is good and the service is efficient and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Had my birthday dinner at sweetwater rooftop bar lastnight for the silk roads Turkish event. All of the staff were great and had absolutely amazing customer service! Big big thumbs up to the head chef billy and the rest of the kitchen crew for such amazing food, most of it was food I would never order but now I wish it was on the regular menu all year round so I could get it all again! The flat bread, with fennel and lemon balm and the braised beef cheeks with Hummus, Turkish bread and pomegranate were my absolute favourites! All big portions and amazing flavours! Shout out to all the team at Sweetwater, will deffinately be back again soon ❤️

Went to Sweetwater yesterday for their $45PP Yum Cha lunch (captured some dishes), absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend. 👌🏼 Also 2 different amazing cocktails. I’ll definitely be going back. Food, drinks, staff and atmosphere. 5 ⭐️

I had been wanting to come here for a while, I went on a Sunday and didn’t realise you had to book, the name being rooftop bar I thought it would be more of a bar. The staff however were able to accommodate us. We ordered dumplings as we are both dumping fans, but we were kind of disappointed, the dumplings were dry and lacked flavour, the skin was chewy, the seafood ones were the best because of the sauce but the ones that had the peanut sauce on them tasted like peanut butter, that’s all you could taste. I was going to give 3 stars but the cocktails however were amazing! Some of the best cocktails we’ve had and it was happy hour so of course we had to try as many as we could. I don’t usually like pina coladas but I’ve been converted from the cocktail with coconut cream. I will be back again for the cocktails not so much the food.

The vegetarian options were delicious - especially the wok tossed edamame was so delightful and the tempura eggplant was amazing 😍 the staff were beyond friendly and so efficient and the service was very quick! Table ordering is a great feature and the happy hour cocktails were pleasantly delightful to drink and also look at! Definitely coming back for another meal and drinks very very soon 😇 P.S. the pricing of the food was every affordable and during happy hour the discounts were unbelievable! Very very impressed!

We went there for some cocktails and their “feed me” menu, which includes 6 small dishes, 3 main dishes and 2 desserts. Food was absolutely amazing and incredible value, we left stuffed. Service was also impeccable, very attentive but not pushy. We also enjoyed that dishes arrived “in groups of 3-4”. Will definitely be back.

Visited Sweetwater after reading reviews. We weren't disappointed, the food was of a very high standard particularly the Duck & Lychee curry but in all honesty all the food was amazing. Great menu with alot of choice can't wait to visit again.

Sweetwaters OK…..so 3rd experience dining at this location. Still has FAILED to let me down, has totally hooked me and my dining partners into what a marvellous dining experience Sweetwaters is. “This is not my first rodeo”, I am no stranger to eating. You don’t get a body like mine by being afraid to eat something different. Sweetwaters offers a great range of dishes all exquisitely presented and accompanied by the most sublime garnishes and sauces, all perfectly complimenting each other. We went for the share plates, 10 different dishes between 4 of us, a perfect amount and mix of tastes. Even eating some of the same dishes again invoked a feeling of wonder and awe at the presentation and flavours presented. It was again a very memorable and delightful lunch visit, if school pick up time wasn’t beckoning it could have easily morphed into great Friday evening. There will be more visits!

The atmosphere of this place is really lovely and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately what let our experience down was the food. What we thought would be a promising start when the cauliflower dish came out, just went down hill quite rapidly from there. It felt like whoever created the menu was trying to cram every known flavor into one dish. There was just too much happening and the flavors resulted in an overwhelming taste of sugar and bitterness. (We tried a total of 7 dishes). Now I know this place is called sweetwater but i felt the chefs may have taken this a bit too far. Even with the variety of dishes we tried it tasted like each dish was soaked in half a cup of sugar. There were also really long waiting periods between dishes and some dishes came out over cooked while others were extremely undercooked. Now I don’t mind waiting for food but the long wait did not match the satisfaction of the food that we had. Now I’m not trashing this place. I honestly believe it has so much potential. I would be happy come back to try it again when a new menu becomes available.

I was there on Saturday night for my 40th birthday celebration with girlfriends and we all left raving about the food, service and ambience. I booked from Hong Kong and the communication was informative, easy and friendly. Service on the night was great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. The only challenge was the noise level from about 7-10pm as the place was jumping.

First visit to Sweet Water last night for dinner and I was absolutely amazed by the service and the elegance of the place. Was greeted nicely by the door man and accompanied to my table. I'm a tequila drinker and had the lovely young gentleman behind the bar come out of his way to my table to show me 3 different types of tequilas. Food was amazing and cocktails are great :)

There is so much detail put into preparing each drink, it's reasonably busy, but we're offered assistance by four friendly staff members. Great vibe, lovely staff, neat selection of spirits. Definitely one to keep an eye on, and will most assuredly be visiting again. If only to try the food selection :)

Great venue. I wasn't sure how it would be during a very wet week but the design allowed for a comfortable, dry and warm night. Great selection of spirits but you need to have these in a menu with pricing.
