Kind of disappointed honestly. I love Guzman y Gomez normally, but watching half my order be placed on the counter and forgotten for 30 minutes left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth as I watched my food go cold as they continued to bring other orders out.

Stuffed my order up the first time, which is fair enough, it happens. They were happy to remake it and correct the order, and when I got it back it was wrong again. Luckily third times a charm as they got it right at last.

Greenhills GYG. Took 15 mins and was cold when I got it. Not busy at all, and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. It was a basic burrito so not as if it was a difficult order. Real Shame cos I love GYG

Food is great when they rarely get your order correct. This store specifically, gets the order wrong on a consistent basis. Taking the time and care to omitt dairy from the order and wait for food to be delievered to then open the order and find dairy all over the item. This happens consistently and
