I love this place. There are a selected number of restaurants that have delicious vegetarian burgers and Grill’d is definitely one of my top locations. They have the most friendly customer service and are also quick with the orders. Keep it up.
Grill’d is still the place to go if you want consistent delicious burgers every time. Highly recommend the Bird & Brie if you’re into chicken or the Wild Wild West if you’re a beef person. Both are always delicious.
Always serving up consistent good quality burgers. Highly recommend:
😋 Pork & Pine
😋 Sir Truffle
😋 Baa Baa Burger
😋 Veggie Vitality- with herbed mayo. This surprisingly tasted real good. For a moment, I totally forgot I was eating a Veggie Burger.
😋 Chicken Caesar Salad
😋 Chips- Can't miss their herby chips!
Burgers are always made fresh and patties are cooked well- juicy & moist. Zucchini Chips and Sweet Potato Chips are yum too, except sometimes they are a hit-and-miss; we have gotten soggy / burnt batches before.
Love the vibe, space & decor at this branch. Service is fast and efficient.
I’ve eaten their burgers a couple of times and found them to be very juicy and tasty. I only wish their portions could be a little bigger especially for the price.
Absolutely love it! Great customer service with even better food. I ordered a 'Black with the lot'without bacon - my go-to burger at this place. Highly recommend ordering the share plate of chips that consist of zucchini- fried chips, sweet potato and regular chips with your choice of three sauces. A bit pricey for the amount of chips you get ($14) but super good! Forget a burger from Maccas, order one here instead - you will be lovin' it :)
Delicious burgers- absolutely loved the sweet potato and zucchini chips - would come again just for those! Service was great and overall a lovely dining experience for a casual eatery
Easily the best Grill'd in Perth and the nicest burgers
had the beef truffle burger for late dinner. It was good but the truffle taste could be stronger. enjoyed the chips seasoned with rosemary, was addictive.
I love Grill'd burgers and I've always felt a bit bashful about it given its associated with a 'fast food chain' but I don't think it could be anything less like fast food. The service at our local Vic park store always feels welcoming, staff are quick to say hi and show us to a seat, they come check on us during our meal, and wave goodbye when we're done. I confess to finding it difficult to go beyond their vege burgers, which are totally delicious and I come away full without feeling weighed down by a fatty burger, but I have enjoyed the occasional chicken or beef burger at times. Today we had the garden goodness and a new vege one called (I think) vege delight (vegan). As usual the garden goodness was amazing, and I preferred it to the vege delight, which despite lots of great fresh ingredients, needed s bit of sauce to bring it all together. We like that the venue is licenced and roomy (so we can position ourselves away from the families with noisy kids 😳 😜)
I'm really impressed with Grill'd at Vic Park. I had not been here for a while so when I came recently, I was really amazed - did they recently renovate or something? Cause the interior looks awesome, verg cozy to hang out and chill! Staffs here were pretty friendly and accomodating too, especially with my last minute request to change the bread and cut the bread into half - thanks for that man!
Grill'd had also recently introduced new menu like the schnitzel burgers series, veggie vitality, sheperd's delight and few more. It's nice to see new menu popping up every now and then!
I ordered the Sheperd's delight - dijon mustard, shaved parmesan, fresh slaw and egg mayo with tasty thick and juicy lamb meat. Unfortunately the slaw tasted a bit off (soury?) and sort of ruined the overall taste of the lamb burger. I probably go back to my usual favorite baa baa burger the next time I feel like having myself a lamb burger.
I also tried the new avocado chip which was decent but not really worth the $11.90 price tag.
Nice burger place. Probably the best grill'd in Perth IMO. Comfortable and plenty of seating and they serve alcohol. Recommend a visit if you crave a burger.
Perhaps the best run burger franchise in Perth! Almost all Grill'd provide good service and perfect burgers so this review is perhaps for the GRILL'd franchise and not just for Vic park restaurant. Burgers are the best, we have had lamb, chicken, vege, beef, well almost all of them. Their chips are to die for. Service is nice casual and they always come back to the table to ask if everything is ok. Now not many restaurant chains would do that! Well done guys👍
Our normal burger place was unexpectedly closed..so we tried grilld. Burgers were very nice as was the trio of chips (potato, zucchini, sweet potato).
Nice atmosphere too
Having lunch @burger place..mmm..still not on my ideal list. But friend of mine keep asking me to try this place.
The result I love their burger, definitely recommend this
If you have entertainment book don't forget to use the voucher ☺️
The service here at the Vic park store is probably not the best but the burgers are made really well. I've had the simply Grill'd and also the front bar. The original Rosemary salted chips with the tomato relish are always delicious. I have tried the Zucchini and also the sweet potato however they do not compare.
Just had the Nourish & Flourish beef burger in the low carb bun for about the 10th time! It never fails to disappoint as do their sweet potato fries. Yum
One of the better Grill'd stores. Love the open on to the street vibe, huge interior and cool decor. Staff are friendly and it's never a long wait in VP unlike some of the other stores. I always order either the Bird & Brie (chicken and Brie cheese with lettuce and cranberry sauce) or the Field Of Dreams (field mushrooms and vege treats). E loves the Baa Baa (lamb) burger. Easy, convenient and yummy! Ps - this one is licensed for a beer!
Went past for lunch today in a group of 7 and had the chicken caesar salad with chips. The food all came out at the same time which was good to see, and my salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing. I love their chips and the sweet chilli mayo dipping sauce - it's just addictive. The only downfall was that on a 41 degree day there with no air-conditioning, it was stiflingly hot!
Stopped in here for lunch on the weekend. I'd never been to this Grill'd before, but I really liked the layout and decor of this place. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was also good. Would go back here again if south of the river in the future.
Great place for a family dinner, burgers are juicy and filling and served on a plate, not a board. Chips are good but the sweet potato chips are often burnt and bitter. New zucchini chips on the menu are yum but GF people beware, they are coated in breadcrumbs, silly me suffered all night from my own ignorance, probably because they tasted so good. GF buns are good too, not crumbly like a lot of GF bread. It's is expensive I feel, 3 burgers, 3 soft drinks and chips, $75, but it's a night of no cooking for me. Staff over friendly, was asked by 3 staff if meal was ok, hard to answer with a mouthful of burger and interrupting to our own dinner conversation.
Try the triple. Interesting burger combos but definitely enjoyed the wasabi sauce burger
Great great burger, was very impressed didn't think it would be so good..saw it after leaving the crow bookstore, looked really cool from the outside..glad I checked it out and a good price..
Sweet as.. Burgers are great, and at a reasonable price.
Staff are always attentive which is great. Chips are full of herbs but I guess that's their style, nothing wrong with it!
Would go back for more.
Love it!. Always outstanding and attentive service here, and the food comes out reasonably quickly. Have never been there and not been seated, even when really busy. The burgers are always really fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the Caesar's Palace chicken burger. After trying theirs, I don't think I could ever eat any other chicken burger. One burger is a substantial meal, but if you have room for their chips they are just as good as everything else here.
Decent. This was actually pretty good. Burger joints seem to have peaked as the latest cool thing, but chains like Grill'd have got themselves entrenched so that they can survive the downward slide. They have a well rehearsed formula that works - funky tattooed hipster staff, good rustic internal decor, a range of decent tasting burgers and other foods, a donation to local charity included with your order, reasonable prices, generally good service and the claim that their burgers are healthy.
We had a burger each and chips. My partner had one of the veggie burgers, I had the chili one (can't remember exactly what it was called). My partner appreciated the fact they have more than one veggie option. My chili burger was ordered "extremely hot" but was in fact just "slightly mild" when it arrived. Nevertheless it was pretty bloody good. The buns were fresh, the meat well cooked, and it had an appropriate amount of vegetables and other comestibles to fancy it up. Not enough chili though.
I wasn't happy with the chips though. They were done in some kind of herby flour or something that made them taste like rosemary. Chips should be plain, with the option to tart them up for your own amusement, not sent out pre-tarted like that. All I wanted was salt and vinegar, not rosemary!
Everything else was good though and we'll go again. Recommended, for a snack or a quick meal. Not for a night out though.
Nice and cool fit out. Service was the best as staffs are so friendly and helpful. 'Baa Baa' and 'Simon say' were so exceptional. Will be back again for sure. Well done
Fantastic burgers and service, can't wait to come back again.
Can't wait til this venue is licensed. Love it, great addition to the strip. Also, perfect to bring along the kids without feeling like it's a 'kids friendly'; i.e. even though there was heaps of kids there early on Friday night there was no food all over the floor nor screaming children.
Great addition to the EVP strip! Great selection of burgers (with an awesome gluten free bun), good chips, and excellent friendly service. Especially love the fitout and that there's heaps of seating! Will be visiting regularly.
This is an amazing little burger bar in Vic Park. Went with a group of friends and got a booth, staff were very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was great and the food was sensational. Will definitely be back.
Great food, decor and atmosphere. A really fantastic addition to the East Vic Park strip. The pomegranate and chicken salad with goats cheese is amazing and my husband loved his Wild West Burger. Love the herbs on the chips! Friendly, non intrusive staff and just really enjoyed my visit. We'll be back!!!
While many gluten free buns disintegrate to mush at the half way mark or even sooner, I found that Grilld’s gluten free buns held good shape despite my burger having an abundance of sauce and juiciness. It remained so “normal” that I became doubtful that it was genuinely gluten free bread. I called our waitress over to that table double check that they hadn’t made another mistake only to sheepishly find I was totally wrong, it was definitely gluten free. A little embarrassing!
The burger that did it for me was the Baa Baa Lamb burger. Wow, that was fantastic! I had an excellent experience as did my friends. What was really great is giving Grill’d a second go certainly changed my mind as to what they’re all about and I certainly would come back to try their other burgers
