Interesting prices have gone up and up. Basic meal cost the same as going into any small restaurant now. But quality is the same consistent plasticy burgers as decades ago.
This Maccas like all of the other Maccas is pretty good. Can miss items when they get a bit busy during lunch rush. Otherwise, service, food and cleanliness is on point. Easy parking inside Westfield.
Their self order machines always no working or out of paper for expending tickets. If the order came wrong you have no ticket to claim. More focused on delivery
Not great when you order hotcakes at 11am (extended breakfast until midday) and they give you ones that were cooked an hour before and microwaved to barely warm. Crusty edges that fell off the hotcakes.
So you hired some young teenage girl who barely order macca herself to be at the order desk. A simple order made her blonde hair thinks real hard, painful to watch her. I ordered “In a meal with medium chips” she then asked me what size, and then she totally ignored to ask me what drink as if a meal
Two Filet burgers were absolutely disgusting. Stale cold buns, dried up crusty fish with the folded in half slice of pathetic cheese with most of it stuck to the box. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Every time I pass by this shop I wish they did not even exist. Even though they now also have heathy selection, the kids still will only agree to get chips and nuggets and sugary drinks. The whole concept is wrong on my opinion and is causing stressful situations to responsible parents and destroys
One person on register there are 3 registers !!! 20 people waiting to be served.
Bad service !! at lunch times its the busiest time and 3.pm 🙄 stay clear
