Crispy chicken is always good. Recently noticed that a few new staff there and their ways of managing the tables are horrendous. 2 ppl being seated at a table for 4, while 3-4 ppl in a group wait longer. Not sure if it was deliberate but my group waited much longer as they let all 2pp sitting at tab

Always busy with people lining up but it's worth the wait. The best pho and crispy chicken in the area. Very fragrant, authentic broth. Only downside for me is that they do not have bun cha (vermicelli salad) dishes, but whenever I crave pho, I don't go anywhere else if I'm in Eastwood.
