We have a very nice and warm Chinese Mini Hot Pot tonight! Definitely served our tummy 😋😋😋 and keep us warm under the rainy day... Affordable Hot Pot Pricing $16/ $25/ $35 per person. Nice Garden Cafe Settings with beautiful plants surrounding, quite enjoyable unlike other Chinese restaurant. it's all worth it!

Love the ambience, coffee is decent and nice quiet place to study. Staff very nice as well :) I’ve had the cafe food and it’s pretty standard- nice but nothing special. The cheesecake here is so good though- A collective favourite among my friends! Though I think they changed the recipe last year because it did taste a little less cheesy/creamy. But overall, still very nice! The hot pot was lovely though. A good portion and perfect with a friend!

The beautifully decorated interior and pond were fun, and the coffee & food taste was average.

The best cafe in Eastwood. Fast table service, great menu with tasty breakfast and lunch options. Coffee is delicious! They have mini hotpot in the evening which is also a great experience. A cosy little cafe.

Went in late arvo (3pm+) and the place was not busy. Ordered egg benedict with salmon and choose salad as the side, but the salad looks a bit sad, i think. Otherwise they are ok. Maybe i’ll try their cakes and coffee next time.

The outdoor place is beautiful. We went for Sunday lunch and there was only one waitress serving. She was nice but they could do with another person. As for coffee, my flat white was average. The banana latte was actually good. Ordered chicken and avocado cheese toastie and it was average as well. Under seasoned. Chicken was bland though the cheese was good. Eggs Benedict with salmon was good. Overall disappointing given the ratings and wish I could rate them higher.

"The Garden" is my local "go-to" place to feel relaxed and enjoy a great cappucino. I ALWAYS feel so much better after being there; either after one of their delicious meals or after a cuppa. The owners and staff are lovely ... and add to making a visit there a very memorable experience for family and friends.

Love the place! All you can eat buffet style hot pot... what else can you ask for? Combined with the ambiance of a garden cafe, surrounded by bonsai trees and a fish pond full of Koi fish, I’ll definitely come back for more. The staff are very polite and friendly too.

This is the only one garden cafe in Eastwood, the best atmosphere to sit for coffee or tea in the afternoon. Food was good although it was not anything special or signature. If you wanna have food here, you must not in a hurry as everything cook fresh, no pre-cooked food, and take time.

I have been going to this cafe for a long time. It has been done up and is very nice, in a simple way. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are not many cafes in this area that are in a garden. The coffee is good, the omelette last time would have been fine with most, but I like them only just set. The standout was the fries. Just thinking about them makes me drool! Keep it up.

Hidden and lovely garden cafe you can rarely discover in Eastwood. Ideal to come for a visit if you enjoy sunshine and plants. Simple and comfort food with friendly services. I ordered a tomato cheese crossiant today, it’s huge and delish! Great place to have a energizing breakfast, hang out with friends. Also, heard that they are doing mini hotpot in dinner time, wouldn’t mind to try.

Nice and simple cafe food. Honestly there’s not too much to say, if you like a lot of variety in your sandwiches and burgers then you’ve come t the right place. Not too expensive, and the portion sizes are very good, and they’re pretty quick with their service.

My one complaint is that there’s nothing that’s really exciting about the food here. It’s all simple, and what you see written down on the menu is what you get. Which I do like in some ways, but there could be a tiny bit more variety in flavours and textures. Still, not complaining too much, it’s still very good. Definitely worth coming especially since there’s not that many normal cafes in Eastwood.

It’s a cool place to chill out, especially when the weather is good. Personally I wouldn’t dine there. A cup of coffee or tea along with a small snack.

Nice little cafe near by the train station, if you enjoy the view of a garden this is your go–to place. food was served quickly and delicious. coffee is above average which was a suprise considering the average standard you are getting in Eastwood area.

Visited this place after having an overnight stay at our friends' place in Eastwood. Together with our friends, my husband and I had decided to have brunch before heading back home. The place had that garden feel with a chill vibe, perfect for having coffee and conversations with friends or family. There were plenty of seats to choose from. I do like their iced coffee and recommend people to try it. The ratio of coffee to milk was perfect. I ordered some poached eggs which were perfectly cooked as well.

I have been coming to the Provance cafe for many years with my family. The atmosphere is very pleasant for such a busy location. The food is terrific the coffee is always excellent SEGAFREDO coffee! !!
I always lie sitting near the fish pond. There is air conditioning in a indoor available as well. Best coffee in Eastwood. Ivy the manager is extremely good at her job & is lovely too.

This is a nice little cafe with a lot of potted plants and a small pond. I love this place for a coffee when it is not hot as the outdoor atmosphere is much better than the indoor one although it has indoor air conditioning. I usually go there with friends for a coffee. I think the coffee is reasonable but I love the environment.

Service: 6/10
Ambiance: 7/10
Value for money (coffee) : 8/10

Came here for brunch with my friends. It is a lovely, serene setting nice for friends and family despite being next the train station. It's nicely decorated with lots of plants and bonsais. The food and prices are quite decent I ordered the chicken burger (so juicy) which came with a decent serving side of chips cooked very nicely. My friends ordered the mushroom omelete, the eggs benedict and the maple syrup crepes which all looked good. The service was friendly and overall had a lovely time!

Relaxed and cosy ambience. Decent food and large servings. Keen and polite waiters. An unassuming, chill place for hot pot or cafe food.....

Greast taste. Interesting people.. I ate there once. The food was good. The waitress was a bit stressed but very keen. We ordered using the rather complicated (and confusing) forms. We got a lot more than expected, as one form would get you a pot which would feed 2 or 3 people. We "lodged" one form each and got one pot each! Huge amount of stuffs, fresh and very yummy. But we were surprised the bill was so little. How do the owner make any money?

WTH? Turning a beautiful garden cafe to a Chinese cheap hot pot?!
Carla
Fantastic place to go when you want to have a hotpot. Loved every minute there and the waiter was really lovely. Highly recommended.

Octie Appetie. It's only about five minutes walk from Eastwood station toward the shopping centre side and you definitely won't miss the place when you walk pass.

Even on the hot sunny day, inside the cafe you still feel the coolness as the plants surrounded the dining area, complete with the fountain and little fish pool on the corner. So relaxing and peaceful while enjoying your favorite breakie

Pretty decent coffee, and have a large selections of meal. The cafe is set in a smal nursery that seems to specialise in bonsai. Quite a nice view having coffee and breakfast amongst the greens.
