Extremely slow service (disorganised system, with dine-in customers coming after us served food first, takeaway wait of over 15min for coffee and 40min for the breakfast food) Burnt coffee. Average food (they used plastic Kraft cheese for a toasted cheese croissant). Not sure value for money. Hopi

Returned Boston republic for a while because the food was always good but the service was unfortunately was very very slow (waited 15 mins for coffee, 40 mins for food) it seems that the restaurant was accepting too many uber eats orders and neglecting/ slowing down the service for the eat in diners

Poor quality food with premium prices. Everything tasted similar, very greasy and small portions. Strawberry smoothie was mainly sour yoghurt no fresh strawberry. Ended up going else where after trying to eat the terrible food that was served. Won’t be back.

Food was really poor today. Came out cold and wasn’t fresh, tasted like it had been reheated. Service wasn’t great either. Waitress ignored us waiting to order. Coffee is good but won’t eat here again.

Nice people but slow, hopeless at service and have difficulty in communication. Usually a 30 to 45 minute coffee run. Also needs a good clean.
