Chilli cheese chicken was pretty damn satisfyingly spicy (but I suggest toning it down to one spice if you're not the best at taking spice because it is reallllyy spicy) but tbh the FREE complimentary DIY rice balls are the best part - fun and amazingly tasty. A pretty worthy meal!
Not Jean's Chilli chicken anymore? Food is great! Could be biased since it's my favourite.
Chilli Chicken with cheese, rice bowl and seafood soup are awesome. The complimentary pasta salad and kimchi make you feel special.
Plus you can get beer! Couldn't possibly be better.
Although it's soooooo spicy, we love their chicken feet! Lol...
All the other dishes are not bad as well.
It's a good place for spicy lovers.
The layout and decor is modern and welcoming..the food was cooked well and very reasonably priced. Serving both asian and classic pub meals, recommended if you are in the area & want quick friendly service
April 2022: Jean's is a Korean fusion joint inside Eastwood Hotel. had a great 320g wagyu steak $24.90. Cooked well and to spec, crunchy fries and salad leaves were complimentary. Generous portions, food is cooked to order.
Guy at the counter is not the smiley type but he was helpful. Nice venue and great prices. Clean tables.
There are two separate counters, one for drinks and one for food, quite inconvenient and a waste of time. It's a bar so it's loud. Would come back, there's not many good steak places around this area at these kind of prices.
Spacious but crowded bar. They have dinning and casual hangout areas.
Very crowded Saturday night before 10pm. Quite empty later at night.
Jugs can be quite pricey. About 30-40ish per jug. Slightly larger jug size than other bars. Many alcoholic drink options.
There security guards going around monitoring people. It was a good experience when the guards constantly comes around to tables staring at people.
Pretty solid place. Simple mixed drinks are good. Pretty good drinking area. Pokies den clean, good size with an ok range of machines. Bathrooms clean. All for a good price. A decent place for some drinks after dinner. However I probably wouldn't order another cocktail as not quite up to scratch.
Jeans Chilli Chicken is absolutely phenomenal, the right amount of heat and the perfect flavour. Great prices, and great atmosphere. Recommended for anyone who loves a great meal and a few sneaky beverages.
