We got takeaway fried chicken, half boneless snow cheese and half boneless garlic butter. The garlic butter is nice and sweet but the snow cheese was a little disappointing. Was not snowy at all.
The fried chicken was still hot and crunchy when it got here. Comes with radish pickle and a small coleslaw.
Price is not bad, but might need to pick other flavours next time.
Super delicious . Their buffalo wings mild flavor is the best. Fried chicken also good and the potato tornado with chilli flavor was so yummy . Love it.
Ordered a small cup of chicken for $6.99 (mild) and buffalo wings for $6 (mild). Very good flavour and it the level of spiciness is good for those who cannot take it very well. Although, the sauce felt sweeter than it was spicy.
Service was quite quick, around a 5 minute wait. Overall very good, it is worth visiting!
Have been ordered fried chicken from this place for two years. Very good! Freshly fried, crispy and tasty. I recommend you order over the phone before going because it takes 20 mins to cook.
Been there 3 or 4 times. The spicy chicken buckets are always delicious and full of flavour albeit a little spicy for me. Service was quick and good. Good value (chicken bucket and chips and a drink for $15)
Their fried chicken is nice but their marinated chicken is to die for! The flavour is great and juicy and the mustard sauce on the salad goes absolutely perfectly with the chicken!

The location is very convenient as it is right next to Eastwood train station! Personally like the hot marinated chicken as they taste much more flavourful and yummy. Really good Korean fried chicken in the heart of Eastwood. There has been a massive increase in the popularity of Korean fried chicken and mad fo' chicks is one of the many places that does it well. The servings are big and they do a few varieties so that an option will definitely satisfy your cravings. The staff are really helpful and the shop, even though a little run down, is very welcoming.
The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) here is delicious. I really love how you can choose the level of spicyness for your chicken. It's a perfect idea to make sure everyone enjoys the chicken according to the level of spicyness they can handle, which we all know is different depending on each person. I also love their toppoki and tornado sticks, the tornado sticks were especially fun to eat. Not to mention they make really good peach-ade, which i guess is just a peach flavoured lemonade. The restaurant decore is also really nice, making the whole dining experience there quite pleasant. What i really like about this place though is that its not too expensive, making it a great option if youre looking for something yummy without wanting to spend a ton of money.
I highly recommend to anyone who ever finds themselves looking for a good meal in the Eastwood area
Great place to get some fried chicken. Go to Mad fo'chicks very often. It is a very good option for take away. Highly recommend you to try their mad crispy with a chilled beer.

We had a craving for friend chicken yesterday and so we came here to satisfy that urge. The place itself is rather small, with only about five or so tables inside. Definitely designed more for take away, I'd imagine. Still, we ate in because it was rather cold and gloomy outside, and we ordered the Half-half chicken dish ($35) with the Crispy Chicken and the Garlic Soy Chicken, and that was more than enough chicken between the two of us.
Definitely liked the Garlic and Soy one the best, the flavour was spot on and the chicken pieces were nice and tender. Plus, boneless too! I love that I don't have to worry about bones in my fried chicken, this is definitely a good move. The Crispy Chicken was good as well but lacked flavour. A bit more salt/pepper would've been good in my opinion.
The wait for the food was rather long however, as I assume they fry it fresh, but it does take a while before it comes out. The staff are not so great, mostly talking to themselves and joking around rather than paying attention to us. Considering we were one of the only ones dining in, you'd think they'd notice us immediately when we walk up to order. Instead I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the two waitresses were showing their phones at each other. It was annoying and rather disrespectful, especially if you're serving. Still, the food makes up for the service, so I still recommend a try, but expect to wait a while if you're eating in.

After seeing a massive queue of people at the Moore Park Food Truck Jam waiting over an hour to pay for an overpriced Tornado Potato.. I couldn't scratch the itch and desire to rekindle my taste buds with one. I remember coming here with a camera and taking photos but I'm not sure why it never reached my blog... weird....
For $5 and no long queues... I was able to finally chomp down and cure this darn craving. We ordered their large 50cm variety and seasoned it with cheese powder. It comes out looking magnificent and oily. I wouldn't recommend more than one as this stuff looks heart attack inducing. This potato snack was very evenly and well seasoned with a beautiful outer crunch and soft, moreish center.
We also grabbed a cup of Mad Crispy Chicken smothered in hot sauce. When Koreans say it's hot, the spice levels are usually guaranteed to deliver. The chicken wasn't succulent and a bit on the dry side but thanks to the abundance of sauce you might not even notice nor care.
The decor reminds you of a leafy garden cafe but indoors. It does extend out back to an actual outdoors dining area. The service is polite and friendly but depending on the staff you get there can be a bit of a language barrier.
The food came out quite quickly as well. I wouldn't come here for a sit down meal but it works well as a place to snack and relax.
There were some other interesting items on the menu that attracted the eye of WifeOfSnackingBear, which probably means its guaranteed at least one more revisit.
Fried chicken with shallots and pickles really cure the cravings!!! They offer other different types of food as well as fried chicken. Tornado potato is a good treat and always tasty

Simple, takaway store with fried chicken, soda drinks, and potato chips on a swirly stick. 3 sizes, 3 spicy levels, happy snacking! :D Small fried chicken - extra spicy $6 Peach Soda $4.50 Well, certainly nothing bad I can say here about fried chicken! The little boneless pieces were so good, drenched in that sauce (which actually wasn't spicy), hits the spot for a quick arvo craving!

 On a dreary, waterlogged Sydney afternoon, we were keen for the lowly anticipated opening launch of Mad Fo' Chicks (18 Railway Parade, Eastwood). I would really love to meet the person who came up with the name for the latest fried chicken hotspot in Eastwood, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Anyhow, this new chicken joint is located on the Korean side of Eastwood and right next to the station so it'll be perfect for a quick grab and go.  It's an awesome little place inside and they take pride in their little chicken mascot who seems to have a lot of attitude. He looks pretty seedy/gangster for a chicken to be honest; that greasy hairdo, bandaid on the forehead from too much cockfighting, his wattle seems to just stare at you and most of all ... those eyes. Stop checking my girlfriend out or I'll bash eat you. Quick snack!. Great for a quick snack in Eastwood
The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside but is overpriced. A good place for a crispy chicken snack. Potato skewer was too oily and cold and the chips needed some chicken salt.
Came here on the last day for dine in vouchers. The food was super great, reasonable price and the staff were sooooo friendly!! Highly recommend:)
Had lunch with family at this place on Easter Monday 18/4/2022. Food were served quickly andit was a decent size. Tastes good too. The girl who serves behind the counter is friendly. The place is a bit cramped, so avoid busy times if you can.
Small eatery with a few dine-in tables. Their cup chicken with fries was good. Crispy and well coated with sauce. Since its boneless it was more chicken than expected, couldn't finish a large cup by myself.
Great for a pick me up and you feel like something deep fried! The soy garlic cup chicken is my go to. Service can be a little slow at times though.
A good snack for a train ride into the city 😉
