Review Cafe 63 - Eatons Hill

Been wanting to try cafe 63 for some time now and finally popped in for an early lunch. The staff were attentive and the meals were very quick to come out. The food was really nice and the portions were huge and great value for money. The menu is extensive and you'll spend most of your time trying to pick what you want to eat because there is literally a couple 100 items to choose!! All in all a great experience and I will be back for more!!

Popped in for a quick lunch. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Huge selection of dishes and drinks. Food was very nice and portions are generous. Friendly patient and efficient service.

The staff are very friendly and the food is very good. Thank you for providing a great place to eat that is not overpriced. Highly recommend

Disappointing.. Croissant with bacon, melted cheese and hash brown. Croissant and bacon were burnt, cheese wasn’t melted and they didn’t give me the hash brown. I had to eat it because I couldn’t afford to waste it with the price of cafe food now a days..

Always been a huge fan of this place... until this morning. Ordered a coffee and a water to go, no eye contact from the person taking my order, no acknowledgement and no service whatsoever. Received my coffee, but no water so I asked about it and was told we don't do that. Cafe 63 always offered a water and cookie with the coffee.... including this. I was disappointed but the coffee is usually good. Yeah not this morning- it tasted like it was made with dish water.

Just ordered a large take-away cappuccino and it’s basically just hot water. Can barely taste any coffee and I think they forgot the milk. Would take it back for a refund if it weren’t such a hassle to turn around in this traffic :(

Incredibly poor service for lunch today. We weren’t seated, they just pointed to a table at the back corner which was dirty & said someone would be straight over to clean up. We then had to ask for the table to be cleaned after several staff walked past us at the dirty table without acknowledgement. The order taker (albeit accidentally) dunked her fingers into my glass of water. Incorrect part of the order was delivered (a half avocado on the plate instead of a dip as requested), and one of our drinks was just forgotten. We asked for the drink again and again it wasn’t brought over, then they tried to charge us for said drink that we never received. Not once did any of the staff ask us how the meal was. These staff really just don’t seem happy or friendly at all, quite abrupt and rarely looking at the customer during service. The chain Cafe 63 is great overall but this particular restaurant could benefit from some serious customer service training.

Friendly, happy staff with a great variety on the menu. Always feel welcome. We love taking all our guests here often.

I decided to stop by this place with my partner for a takeaway coffee after grocery shopping. We’ve been here before and weren’t impressed, although we thought we’d give it a second chance. Sadly the 2nd experience was just as bad... Terrible coffee. Poor service. Won’t be going back.

Walking around the corner after my Sushi meal, I walk in here for a takeaway Cafe Latte. I am asked to take a seat as they have table service here. I appreciate the complimentary bottled water as I wait for my coffee. As expected, my Coffee is very good and I am off fishing. Thank you guys!

Still disappointing that Zomato have this in Albany Creek. It's in Eatons Hill, along with some other nice eateries. Anyway, the review. My wife and I went there for lunch today. We have been there probably 5 times since it opened in 2017. The food is always good. It's a nice spot for a casual meal. And, it's in Eatons Hill.

Cheap food and lots on the menu, however plates were dirty and food wasn’t fresh - I got a fruit salad it it was so old and brown. Very disappointing
