A very nice club newly renovated to a high degree, a good selection for lunch or dinner, extreamly helpful and friendly staff, very nice gaming room with a varied type of machines, good parking at the side or out the front of the club.
Lovely staff, decent menu and facilities. Only negative was the "feta" risotto which contained precisely zero feta and was parmesan instead. Not the end of the world if you don't mine parmesan and probably a supply issue, but that kind of thing should really be mentioned on the menu as I would have
A great little kids playroom and a free tv room with beanbags. The kids meals arrive in the cutest little boats and they get a free kids activity pack, soft drink, and jelly
I had some visitors from interstate with a few kids. We decided on the Workers for lunch and we weren't disappointed. The kids were well looked after with kids packs( a booklet with stickers and crayons) drinks and free sweets. Our lunches were great too... My roast of the day (beef) was just awesom
We had a group of 25 for dinner on the busy Southern 80 weekend. As we booked ahead we were able to use part of the conference room. Staff were brilliant and really made it a great night for us. Food was excellent. Can't say enough how great it was at The Workers!
My Boss put on a staff dinner for all of us and it was fantastic. In the Red Gum function room, it was a wonderful private, quiet nicely presented room for dinner and drinks. We all enjoyed our evening, with big portions of great food we struggled to finish. We'll be back again for sure.
After hearing about the Workers club for many years, I was actually quite disappointed. The meals are almost Senior size, when you have a growing 14yr old it's not enough, and the prices are too expensive.
On the plus the staff were friendly and the waitress was on the ball and very helpful
Food was well presented and quite enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient. Price was about right for the current times. Nothing to complain about at all. Recommend this as a good place to eat.
