Was waiting so long to get our food. Once got it the food tasted great. Was missing an item from the meal couldn't be bothered going back but will double check before leaving drive through next time

If I could give a minus score I would. The thought of using the drive thru to get a meal quickly before heading home. So tonight I ordered 2 boxes tonight thru the drive thru. 1 was correct. The other was minus the chips, and the dipping sauce. I ring to find out what they are going to do about it.

Ordered the giant feast. Pat & gravey was really nice. However,out of the 15 pieces of chicken,we got 10 tiny wings😰,not even 2 bits in each. It's a total rip off and I would like to get my money back,very poor echuca.
It ok for KFC like most take out fast food chains.
My daughter and I get take - out often, the food is usually hot and cooked nice. I go often as I have said and I'm a bit fussy when I'm paying for my/our Dinner, so that should tell you it's 4 stars and above... enjoy worth a go!!!
The staff were exceptional. Great customer service & they looked at you when they spoke, not at their screen.
Well ever since new management took over it takes a minimum 3 times to get my order right so that's a great start 2 trips through the drive through and 1 to walk in store 👍👌
