Review Pizza Holic - Eden

I must say first interaction with the order taker wasn't pleasant experience at all. I have ordered 2 large pizza with garlic bread with NO CHEESE and a large drink deal of $45 and add extra large pizza as an additional. After paying, I checked the receipt since the amount I paid didn't seem to be right, last extra pizza was not added but garlic bread was with cheese with extra topping which I never asked for. Instead of charging me the difference, the girl refunded full amount and advised it would take few days to receive money and asked me to repay all amount again. Also no refund receipt was issued at this stage. Hmmmmm... The lady next to her seemed to be the owner who apologised for the inconvenience and corrected few things but I wasn't that impressed. Eden main street has 2 pizza shop and we tossed in btw so I was kinda regretting if I should just walk out and go to another shop even. But still my stomach was yelling as well as my kids so I continued on. The shop doesn't have sit in facilities so we took away to the wharf to eat the pizza. This pizza is the real pizza. We ordered supreme, margarita and mexicana. Yes this is THE actual Australian supreme puzza.It had prawn and bit of anchovies which I tasted around 20 yrs ago all around Sydney when I order a supreme pizza. These days you can't have them unless you pay extra etc but I had it in here Eden!! How about Mexicana. It isn't super spicy nor too much. It is just right. The pizza is really nice and yummy. How impressive!!👏👍 😀 Yumyum and Yum!!

OMG! Best Pizza we have ever had. Heated up the left over meat lovers the next day in the microwave and it was just as good. The prawns and topping were so fresh. Pizza base was awesome. Keep doing what you are doing because you do it well.

These pizzas are more Aussie style than traditional. This means lots of topping (all fresh and delicious) and a slightly thicker crust (which we like, even if I am Italian). I ordered an Eden Supreme family for 3 of us adults (as sometimes a large elsewhere only just gets us by). This was huge and because of the topping, quite filling so leftovers for lunch today. Good size for 4 hungry adult eaters. Great service too.

Can't review their pizzas as we instead got some spag Bolognese and garlic bread for our kids there. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and happily changed the cheese to tasty for our kids. The kids loved it and ate the generous servings in one sitting. The garlic bread was cooked to perfection.

Yummiest pizza we have had in years. We have travelled the east and west coast and it was so full and just simply delicious. Thank you Eden we will be back for your pizza.

We ordered a vegetarian and a garlic Pizza for a takeaway. I must say that it was really yummy, being a vegetarian I don’t get to say this very often for any takeaways :) Staffs were also very friendly and nice. They were really busy but the quality was not compromised. A big shoutout to the Pizza Holic staffs. Cheers Akshay

Pizza was amazing, both the cheesy garlic pizza and my pizza of choice were brilliant. The base is delicious and the staff were friendly. Hoghly recommend to anyone passing through Eden with a craving for pizza.

More like cardboard than pizza - wasn't expecting anything spectacular but this was really tasteless and bland.

Good pizza, not amazing. .... Good pizza, not amazing.<br/><br/>Prepare to pay $20 for a large though, from paying $10 for a large in Melbourne's suburbs the price tag here was a shock to the system.<br/><br/>Credit where credit is due however they make good pizza.
