Review Hungry Jack's - Edwardstown

Great service. Coffee ☕️ was perfect as I wanted. All food was at perfect temperature.

Second time this week I’ve been to this Edwardstown branch, I recommend to avoid it at all costs, head across the road to Maccas or even down to red rooster. Burger meat is consistently dry, sauce is too heavy and the other toppings are consistently lacking. I’m sure a 2cm diameter piece of tomato surely suffices as enough provided there’s half a litre of tomato sauce on my whopper. Chips taste like cardboard and are cold. Seriously Edwardstown Hungry Jacks this is pathetic. The guys down the road do a perfectly good job even at 8pm after the dinner rush 🖕waste of money

I visited Tuesday night about 8.00. The drive-through was busy, counter service busy and plenty of deliveries happening. Despite the rush, the staff seemed to cope well, working in a systematic way to avoid chaos. There was a longer than usual wait but this was understandable and staff members apologised for the wait to all customers. The only issue I had was that when placing straws into the drink holder, they were not wearing gloves and straws were not individually wrapped...a possible health hazard. Otherwise, all good.

Been here several times especially on the drive through. Their chips are often old and greasy. My burgers are always overly soggy and often have huge chunks of onion or the butt of the tomato (I understand people hate making vegan food but ffs). The only reason I give it 2 stars is because they make mostly decent meat/chicken burgers and they probably don't get paid enough for their work but I still hate the lack of care.

Horrible food on my last visit. Cold burger, slightly warm nuggets, ketchup in a plastic sundae cup (though not ordered), asked for bbq or sweet and sour sauce, but never received that. Paper straw was inserted into the cup lid by staff, after removing the straw this caused the 'flip lid' to be unusable. Customer service was lacking too. Tax invoice was fraudulent and did not reflect my purchased items in any way other than the total amount spent. Despite lodging a complaint with the manager at the time and being told I would get a phone call... No call back occurred.

Worst drive through in Adelaide. Wait times are ridiculous. The drive through order station is right next to noisy generators so you have to repeat your order many times for the staff to understand then you line-up for very long before getting served.

Their burgers are nothing special - however they're brekky wrap meal is awesome and the coffee is much improved to a cafe standard...almost

I have only written one review before but this was so disgusting I had to make another. This was the WORST burger that I have ever had. It looked like it was just thrown in the wrapper and was falling apart (photos are AFTER I fixed it) Instead of a middle bun they just decided to use a bottom bun making it thick and way too much bread. It tasted disgusting and left me feeling sick. I will not be eating here again.
