Review Kfc - Edwardstown

Pretty standard KFC who haven't messed up any orders I've experienced though the drive through needs perhaps some consideration. Can get so busy cars must line up patiently on side roads...

In the past I’ve always enjoyed the products that I’ve purchased from your store. The service has been excellent. Sadly though yesterday i purchased a 6 piece pack and a potato/gravy as well. When I prepared to eat the chicken pieces I was disgusted at what I’d been given. 6 pieces of very very dry chicken, absolutely no taste and as for the crispy golden coating that one usually gets, it was tasteless. Even our dog turned her nose up at the pieces I offered her. Come on KFC I expect better than that from you.

Super fast with their service, food was fresh. I made a mistake with my order and only realised after paying. The crew helped me fix it quickly and with zero complaints!

Some of the meal missing in 2 of our boxes plus the tenders were so chewy and tough. Not the first time it's happened either but again I give them a go after so long and everytime 🤬

Mashed potato was unmixed in the middle and powdery. Hadcto ask for cutlery and serviette. Staff 5 stars 'cause she was super pleasant

I think everyone order at KFC Trust the staff but today I ordered 20 for $20 and I got 8 pieces of chicken tenders and 10 chicken nuggets but why when I paid for 10 nuggets and 10 tenders then why less so I request everyone to please check your order before leaving the counter because you can trust anyone but not KFC because this happen 3rd time with me and I am very annoyed 😀

Clean, well staffed and fast. Polite service and quick turnaround times. Great place to dine in. It's a small joint, but well maintained. The TV playing popular songs kept the kids entertained and allowed the parents to unwind.

Service very good. Had a original zinger had 4 bites before I had a taste of chicken the top was all coleslaw. Otherwise quite good.
