It's getting better. Customer service was not soo good before, but I feel they made changes. The other thing is that I haven't received any coupons from here in the mail... Don't know what's going on... Cheers

Had this delivered. Received the wrong chicken. Got extra crispy instead of original, pieces were super tiny and over cooked. Hardly any chicken on them. Mashed potatoes were awesome though.

We love the new 😍 plant based nuggets...they are 👍 good with BQ or ranch dip. Like the chicken 🐔 😋 strips as well, but a little tough, perhaps over fried or fried twice? Still good 👍 though.

Food excellent. Like everything else you buy, prices gone up a lot.

The last 2 times I got chicken here it was overcooked and the flavor was off due to the oil being past its prime.

I ordered an 8 piece meal and only received 7 pieces , the Mac and cheese was cold , dry and not fresh. The chicken was falling apart when I picked up a piece from the bucket. A very disappointing experience. Will share my experience with others. 😡
