Gee people complain so much that they could do it themselves but don't because they are too lazy and think they deserve first class service.
It's fast food. Nothing's perfect.
But for a friendly and nice run restaurant it's not bad for Elizabeth. I go other places and it's messy or not worth it.

Took my family through the drive through Wednesday afternoon. Wasn't impressed with the hygiene factor. The boy served the thick shakes with a mess all down the sides, I asked him can he remove the mess, he grabbed saying nothing, poured it into another cup like it was pig slop and returned it.

The staff had 1 job, asked for 2 rebel whoppers and gave me two veggie patties in a box, No buns no anything just patty's in a box, Thank you I now know why Jacks was so Hungry. He didnt get a proper burger.

Definitely lost a customer will NEVER buy a burger from you again considering the bacon deluxe is the same size as a bloody cheese burger and you charge nearly $9
