Review Hungry Jack's - Elizabeth

Gee people complain so much that they could do it themselves but don't because they are too lazy and think they deserve first class service. It's fast food. Nothing's perfect. But for a friendly and nice run restaurant it's not bad for Elizabeth. I go other places and it's messy or not worth it. You get what you get.

Been through twice in the last month got a grilled chicken burger both times it was pathetic the first time I thought they must have someone new on who forgot to put tomato on and I get the minimal lettuce because of supply but the second time was the same no tomato 3 pieces (strands) of lettuce grilled chicken and sauce so yeah I got chicken on a bun with sauce. I won't be back pathetic and rip off

Took my family through the drive through Wednesday afternoon. Wasn't impressed with the hygiene factor. The boy served the thick shakes with a mess all down the sides, I asked him can he remove the mess, he grabbed saying nothing, poured it into another cup like it was pig slop and returned it. When he was filling the cups, his bare fingers were inside the cup rather than outside the cup. Just didn't like what I was seeing. Especially with germs spreading fast in these times

I had the worst experience on June 27th. I wanted to walk in the hungry Jacks and order a girl at the counter. She was named Georgia. She was very aggressive, impatient and rude at the counter. When I ordered, she threw it at the counter and walked away, and she didn't even call her number. We asked to talk to the manger. While she was talking to the manger, she shouted and said she did nothing. She needs training at her home and better training at work. I will not re-enter.

The staff had 1 job, asked for 2 rebel whoppers and gave me two veggie patties in a box, No buns no anything just patty's in a box, Thank you I now know why Jacks was so Hungry. He didnt get a proper burger.

Great customer service from the bloke this morning 13/7 who looked like the supervisor. Might be a bit slow in the mornings, it looked like one poor fella doing all the cooking

When I got my order it was missing items (all sauces the ones I ordered extra and the ones the meal was meant to come with), all 4 of my large chips were stone cold and as hard as a rock like they had been sitting there for hours. Then I looked at my drinks they were all small when I paid for a large family meal and upgraded two of them to iced drinks which were leaking everywhere and also small, I went to drink from one of the cokes and there was two lids on it which I could not pull apart so had to drink out of just the cup because you know no straws!. Then I went to eat some nuggets and when looking at them realised if I ate them I would most likely get food poisoning as they look like they have been sitting on hjs floor for a week. I'm fuming that I have just paid over $50 for this food and im actuality appalled that an employee would let food leave the store looking as bad as it did!

Absolutely disappointing haven't been to hungry jacks for months went there tonight and got my usual bacon deluxe Definitely lost a customer will NEVER buy a burger from you again considering the bacon deluxe is the same size as a bloody cheese burger and you charge nearly $9
