came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, we loved coming here! Prosciutto Bros was definitely a hidden gem in Eltham but very happy we found it!
we ordered a prosciutto and cheese platter for 2 of us, it was a bit smaller than expected but what was on the platter was delicious! my friend also had a prosciutto pizza which she thought was delicious!
Good pizza (bit of a different look/taste to your usual wood-fired pizzas everywhere else, which is a good thing for a bit of variety, I like how they don't put the big chunks of buffalo mozzarella on) , good platters, good vibes for when you're keen for a drink or 2.
Has to be one of my favourite places I have visited, and I’ve only been once! Specialty deli meats, cheese, pizzas and craft beers as far as the eye can see! The share board was a winner! The staff are friendly, had a wealth of knowledge and even brought out a few extra samples of cheese and beer when we struck up conversation. Cannot wait to go back!
This was a long time coming visit to one of our kids favourite venues. It certainly did not disappoint. The decor/set up and style is so relaxed and casual and on point it all worked beautifully. Tucked in a very odd location, that works for it as well. Damn good set up.
The pizzas were brilliant, the Calzone was simply amazing and the Pizza and paddle combo is an awesome value idea. Pizza with 4 sample pots of any beer of your choosing for $20 (Mon/Tuesday only).
The meatballs for entree were also incredibly tasty and at $95 for four full adults, the only issue will be to come on an night when it’s not packed.
An absolute gem.
I feel like this place is a bit of an adventure. Get out of elthamers to meet you here- it’s fun to see them look baffled at the location. When you wander in it’s relaxed but you instantly feel you are somewhere worth coming to. Ease into the vibe of the place, order at the bar without expectations and you’ll be entertained, fed and drinked. The pizza is yum. No it’s not ‘omg I’ve died and woken up in pizza heaven’ but it is ‘damn that was satisfying’.

I really like Prosciutto Bros, great food and selection of drinks! I've just learnt to avoid it at it's busiest times as I can't cope the crowd and the noise levels - but I'm very happy for their sake that they get so busy and it's a great atmosphere if you can cope with these things better than I can.
Only negative was that when my mum and I both ordered the alcoholic ginger beer in different transactions, the girl that served me filled my glass completely with ice (severely reducing the amount of ginger beer) and put lime wedges in it which is not how I have been served it in the past and is not how my mum was served it. When I told her that I didn't want the ice or the lime she stared blankly at me and said "well that's how we serve it". I pointed out that I had never been served it like that before and that my mum had just been served it without ice and lime right next to me. She rolled her eyes and huffed under her breath, served me a new drink but slammed it down on the counter and didn't speak another word to me. Very rude, I will avoid her in future! But all the other staff have been lovely.
Prosciutto Bros. is a hidden gem located in an industrial corner of Eltham. It’s an old factory warehouse that’s been converted into a craft beer bar and Italian food haven by owners Jamie Cox (Kooinda Brewery) and Clyde D’Angelis (Sideshow Brewing).
Great place to hang out listen to live music have a drink and bite to eat and just chill. The place was thriving with lots of people all ages. The music was loud but fun atmosphere.
The pizzas we ordered were delicious, Small but so delicious & with so much flavour!
Great place to socialise or get rowdy in the evenings. The staff are always quite nice, and the pizza here is delicious! I wish the outdoor area had a couple more seats that could be sat on...

my friends and family say the beer is great as well! We had my wife’s 40th at the venue and they couldn’t do enough to make it a great day!

Great pizza and a broad selection of gourmet deli antipasto items. And... a spectacular selection of boutique beers! Reasonable prices and friendly service. What more could you want?
We stop every few months on Sat or Sun afternoon. A bit old for the night life :( The pizzas are always excellent to brilliant, love the rotating draught beer list, the platters have been excellent, some drinkable wines on the list now, and the staff always wonderful to us 'well over 30-somethings'.
I think the reviews of this place are pretty unfair on the whole. The beers are phenomenal here, as are the Arancini Balls. A good sized place that my wife and I found (due to the overrated and terminally booked-out Montsalvat restaurant, but that’s another story) in an inauspicious semi-industrial area. Great for blokes and Dads who want to get a bit of ‘me’ time and have some great nosh. Got the feeling that it’s the type of place that wives go there to be nice to their husbands after a day of saturday shopping with the kids, and god bless them for it. Refreshingly unpretentious, and loved the free Oktoberfest glass they gave away. I promise to go back, and thanks to my wife who reluctantly took me there!
First visit and what hopefully will be of many more. Tucked away on an industry estate doesn't detract from a packed venue where it's prudent to book a table if going there. Good beer selection, friendly staff and a decent menu. Try the charcuterie board / pizza if you want a great selection of food.
Food was delicious! Ordered the antipasti platter and a pizza between three of us and it was more than enough food and good quality. Only criticism is that I would prefer table service. Would go back!
Great inexpensive food, was a little noisy with the 2 piece playing, who were really good, maybe don't need entertainment at Sunday lunch, but being picky will definately be making this spot a regular!
Caught up with friends and family for a low key birthday catch up last night - awesome! Gnocchi is to die for! Pizza are fabulous, beer was pretty cool too!
Have visited this place twice, really enjoy the ambience in a decorated warehouse with its exposed food ingredients on display and its wood fired pizza oven. The pizza making is very rustic and certainly the oven gives the food a unique flavour. I personally found the dough overcooked for my liking but the ingredients are plentiful as a topping. Beers on tap available, whilst a bottle of red or white wine can also be ordered. Love this place for what it states, simplicity at its best yet providing a fun environment to those who visit. Staff are great value too. Cheers.
Great vibe, food and service. Laid back, casual feel. Good for families and friends. We've had the pizza and dips - both enjoyable. Definitely recommend.
Great place for a drink on a Friday after work. Every time I have been it has been buzzing. Their pizzas are delicious! The pomegranate cider is a bit different and has tart flavour but is yum. Just wish they had more of a selection of ciders!
This place is cool as. The aesthetics were super trendy (I felt like I was a cool hipster in Brunswick or something!☺️). The Quattro formaggio pizza was delicious! The prices were reasonable. The live music was really good though the only criticism I have is that it was super loud and I had to shout to have a convo with my friends.
More of a bar than a restaurant I would say, but a fun place to go for a beer and something to eat. Beer selection is great, and the food was pretty good as well. Meatballs and antipasto good, chicken ribs I would give a miss. All the pizzas we ordered were pretty good as well. Only annoying thing is no table service so you have to get up to order food and drinks every time and it took a while for someone to come and clear all the plates and mess from our table (Staff nice and friendly just need a few more of them)
Had the Arancini, Gnocchi and the Four Meats Pizza. One of the best meals iv ever had quite frankly!!! Could not recommend more!!!! And that's not even mentioning the phenomenal range of beers!!!
This place is fantastic to come with mates for a beer and nice, filling food. The beer selection is the best I've seen. There's constantly around 20 beers on tap at all times. The pizza is also really quite good and so are the sharing boards. The only negative is the quality of the meats on the sharing boards, I think that could be improved.
The beer selection here is great. The food works as an accompaniment to good beer, but I wouldn't come here for the food itself, but why would you, it's a bar.
Perfect little place to eat pizza and drink beer...........my favorite past times. Awesome range of beers to choose from. A nice place to take the family on a weekend.
So glad that Eltham has somewhere like this now. We tried two of the cider-based cocktails (both excellent) and a cheese plate. The cheese plate featured a variety of hard cheeses (no brie or Camembert sadly, and we opted to skip the blue) but those on offer were very interesting - one seemed to be pesto flavoured while another was studded with caraway seeds. There were also dried Turkish apricots, breadsticks, marinated mushrooms, semi sun-dried tomatoes and some really excellent sweet walnuts. Really enjoyed the experience and keen to try the pizzas on our next visit.
Awesome place. Really great concept. Love that it's so close to home. Don't need travel into Brunswick for the experience. If only Nillumbik council would allow outside beer garden!!
Wonderful relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a variety of 20 different craft beers. Pizza and other tasty tapas available to share with the table or eat on your own!

Fantastic local spot, 20 beer taps including some genuine craft beers on tap from fantastic brewers, and excellent pizzas :) we'll be back for Antipasto next time :D
Not sure what these other reviewers are on about, they've clearly been to a DIFFERENT place called Prosciutto Bros in Eltham...or are just quite mad.
Caught up with a friend over a delicious apple and ginger cider here. Was impressed to find a venue of this calibre in terms of atmosphere out in Eltham. Felt lively, friendly and all round good vibes.
I really can't believe how much this place has been hammered in reviews on zomato. It's a great find and i for one am happy to have this as a local! amazing selection of craft beers on tap at reasonable prices with some tasty wood oven pieces all in a great space. This place is going to go off in summer. My recommendations would be to extend, get an outside area, and hire more staff. They do get extremely busy and food can take a while, the recommendations would simply fix the problem. Some live music would also be cool at night.
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find the place buzzing. Great selection of beers on tap, wood fired pizzas and live music. What's not to like?
This is exactly what Eltham needed! A cool warehouse space serving quality drinks and quality food. Sure, there might be a bit of a wait and it may be a little busy but that is mostly because everyone in Eltham has been rushing there because there is nowhere else like it. The food is quality and good value- pizzas and share platters. We have enjoyed each of our visits there, and I love that there is somewhere chilled for 20 and 30 somethings (and all ages!) to go for a few drinks on a weeknight or a weekend without having to travel to the inner suburbs or lower ourself to the Lower Plenty Hotel or cram into one of the tiny (but cool) other bars in the area.
Absolutely amazing establishment. Excellent beer and cider selection along with gourmet cheese plates and delicious pizza. Awesome atmosphere, music. Must try!! Loved it.
Friendly staff, chill vibes, great beer and other drinks selection, the La Familigia Platter is great. Easily could feed 6 people. Very satisfied.

Great venue tucked away in the back of the industrial estate. Has a cool vibe, often with live music. Food is great, fast and fresh with very generous portions. Sensational wine and beer selection, with some great local drops. Recommend for a lazy afternoon with friends or a late night drink.
Wow, this place has now ruined me for pizza! It was so delicious that I cant find any like it near me in Adelaide. Amazing food, great beer selection, awesome atmosphere. Nice hidden little gem, definitely recommend!
Excellent place for a birthday party or a family event. Very good pizzas and selection of crafted beers. I would like the volume of the music not that high as it's difficult to hold a conversation. We'll come back and recommend it.

The band was great. They played hits from the 90s. But the music was way too loud. Couldnt talk to the person right next to you.
