Usually a good quality food. Today I found chicken meet chewie and plain. I let know the staff but has been told that the food is same as everyday. I have my mouth with me everyday as well and capable to distinguish difference in the meet texture. Unfortunately normal nowadays I don't care service.
Terrible experience. I ordered a hot chicken roll with gravy. The sauce was gluggy and tasteless. the chicken was essentially skin and fat and very little meat. The worst part is that it had thick hair in the mix. It was repulsive. Please stay away from this place.
I have delayed in writing up a review but after several incidents I have decided to share in the hope they improve. Foxes Den used to be amazing, but it has really gone down hill in the past few months. Examples are as follows.

Very disappointed with one of the assistants lack of care filling the salad container. It was barely filled to the half way mark. Im on minimum wage and when you pay $8 for a tiny salad you expect the container to be filled properly. Apart from that the chicken and chips are good

Love the food, but they've always run out of stuff, even early in the day. It's hard to get the Moroccan chicken and even the roast veggies. I find the Port Melbourne branch will more often have what I want.
