The facade is not impressive, except for the delightful location. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing! I haven't had such a delicious homemade sandwich in a while. Plus they served us in the middle of the afternoon when most restaurants are closed in between lunch and dinner service. Coffee was also pretty good!

Came in straight off the trail of a 6 day hike. Excellent carrot cake, brilliant chips and other bits. Genuinely great food, and with the most lovely staff. Would absolutely visit again!

Very friendly people who serve in this shop. Lots of choices for food, plenty of seating with a heater in one section. Food for any tummy to enjoy. A lot of customers came and went. The beach across the road to watch and wonder.

A very busy shop with a couple running it from 6am to 6pm serving us great coffee and miscellanous stuff. Opposite is a sea view and if lucky, you will see pods of dolphins feeding some 50 metres away

Arrived at bnb in Whalers rd around 4:30pm after unpacking thought it best to get take away for dinner, walked around to Yilki Store & got 2 hamburgers with the lot & a hotdog, they double wrapped everything so they would be still hot after the walk home & they were. Magnificent service, quaint older style store (lovely) & food to die for, BEST hamburgers in the world, thank you soooo much, will definitely be a regular.

Don't be fooled by the modest (let's be honest - tired) facade. Hopefully though it is not changed for those of us who are sentimental! The coffees here are great and the egg and bacon rolls are simple but perfectly cooked with lashings of bacon cooked just right. The stunning outlook in a beautiful part of the world is just a bonus!

Grandkids love picking out their Lolly's, the old fashioned way...
