Ordered via KFC app from Enfield( delivery) 3 occasions now I have received dry pieces of chicken/ old stock. All Enfield does is offer 20$ or 15$ vouchers which can only be used at the Enfield store. I think the health department should pay that place a visit because the main office doesn’t care on
Stopped by with my daughter to grab dinner, she wanted to eat in and I just had to tell her no. The floor In the dining area was absolutely disgusting and tables no better. Food tasted ok but was concerning considering how dirty the dining area was. 2 stars from me.
Customer service is appalling at this place, chicken is dry at any given time of the day. The staff has a lacks attention to acknowledge that there are customers waiting to order. Avoid this place where possible!
Staff look like there bonged out, host did not try to take my order, just had her back turned salting chips for no customers then got a simple order wrong
What let's down this KFC is the huge potholes in the carpark entrances and roads from the side streets to the back of the restaurant carpark entrances. Big potholes that could easily damage your car if you didn't see it, lighting is not the best there either.

The food took 15 minutes to get ready. Chicken was cold and the burgers were a mess. The restaurant was an absolute mess. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped all day by the looks of it. Staff were not friendly at all
Just had food delivered. Have no idea why my container of potato and gravy was half empty, and the chicken while looking well cooked was dry, with a heavy bicarb soda taste. I was so mad to the point where I didn’t want to say anything about the unfaithfulness of the staffs and food quality and taste. I’m just wondering why the kfc headquarters doesn’t take any action.
