My bf’s nostalgic restaurant. Affordable price, food has homemade feel to it. The portion was perfect. Nothing was overly done.

Very clean little place for nice Vietnamese food.

Meat is undercooked, portions are tiny and the food is quite bland. The extra large pho is the same size as regular at other restaurants. Pho sam on other side of epping station is much better value for money and taste!!!
