Lovely italian pizzas and pasta, super friendly staff and always welcoming to young kids. One of the best italian restaurants we've tried around Epping!

I love that this place is so kid friendly. The staff are amazing. They’re so accommodating. I forgot the name of the lady serving me but she served the table close to the band table in the corner on Friday night. I think there were two of them. But of the two ladies that catered to us, they were amazing, very lovely girls. Thank you so much we’ll defs be back. Their service to my daughter who was allergic to nuts was very accommodating. Thank you . I wish I got their names. If I do come across them again I would so grateful. Thanks saluti. First time experience and it was top notch 👌🏼👌🏼
Wheelchair accessible. Toilets available and attached to the shopping centre where there are a greater variety of toilets.
Very spacious. Well lit and great volume to talk over dinner.

Great food and friendly service. Loved the melt in your mouth gnocchi and the coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. We’ll be back soon.
The pizza base was one of the best I’ve tasted with a nice crisp to it. The ingredients on the pizza were also very fresh and delicious and not salty. The pappardelle was pretty good as well. The carbonara was tasty but small and on the salty side. Service could be a bit more attentive. But overall, a pleasant meal.
Came here for dinner on a Tuesday. Pretty busy which is always a good sign. Love the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Bright with lots of natural lighting.... very open view of the kitchen. It was a nice environment to be in.
Had a San Daniele pizza which was beautiful. Cooked brilliantly, fresh toppings, was huge. So yummy!
Only downfall was that this place is a little bit more on the expensive side.. it cost me $30 for my pizza and soft drink. Service could have been a bit more friendlier too.
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back at all though. The rest of the menu looks great!
Excellent service and food, all the staff were excellent. Meals were very prompt in coming out and follow up by our waiter was brilliant. We had 9 of us and all from other States. Many were taking pictures of the meals and deserts which were delicious. Well done to the team Saluti!
I love how authentic the Italian food is. The decor of the place is so lovely and modern. Pizza is 10/10, can't wait to try other things on the menu. Yum
Went here the other day. The food was nice - the gnocchi is fluffy and light. The focaccia was puffy and the prosciutto was delicious (not salty). I heard the calamari was nice and the coating was crunchy. The let down was the Gluten Free pizza base. The toppings were lovely but the base tasted store bought. Such a shame because gluten free pizza isn’t too hard to make and with the prices charged they would well and truly make their money back (and more) even if they did make their own base. The food was good but the items were a bit overpriced. I would probably come back if they had a specials night or if i was wanting something a little fancier before seeing a movie at Epping Plaza.

Saw some mixed and negative comments on Zomato, so was a little conservative when we went there. But I was quite surprised by the food that was served to us. We were there on a Monday night so it wasn’t a busy night and food arrived promptly. Prices are about $20+ for each dish, but the portion sizes were large so you won’t feel ripped off. Did however see another table, eating only half their pizzas, not sure if they didn’t like it or just full..
The only minor negatives were,
1) pizza base was a little soggy in the middle.
2) there was a mix up of our pasta with another table, the waitress just came and said “This isn’t yours, you didn’t order prawns with your pasta.” And took the plate away which we partly ate. We actually didn’t notice it wasn’t the same dish. Until the new one arrived. Well, both pastas were delicious. Would have been nice if they offered the option for us to keep the wrong one, since they won’t be serving that to the other customer anyways.. wasted the prawns :(
Overall still enjoyed my experience there. :) Keep it up!

Pleasantly surprised to find a non generic new restaurant at Epping Shopping Centre. I very much enjoyed, house made pappardelle Bolognese. And l thought that would satisfy me. But l was sitting at the pizza bar. Watching the pizza makers at the wood oven. And asked if l bought a pizza and could only eat a few slices. Could l take the remainder home. And l was obliged. That was also delicious. Plus 2 lovely glasses of Chardonnay. Love the ascetics of this restaurant. Brings memories back of growing up in Brunswick in the 60’s. With all their meat hanging on show. And the slicer at the bar to shave fresh prosciutto, pancetta etc....will definitely be back, as l couldn’t fit in the magnificent deserts that were passing me by. Bravo 👏
The pasta was perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce anymore and the pasta would have lost its bite.
The 4 cheese gnocchi was delicate and flavourous.
Amazing food and service! If you want REAL Italian style pizza and pasta then this is the place you want to be at :) Italians believe in simplicity and respect for good produce and if people can not appreciate that then they don't know about authentic Italian food. The service and staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful!
I was so excited when I found out this place was opening in Epping being a local. I took my husband and daughter and decided to finally try it out. I love the layout of the restaurant it’s beautiful! They did an amazing job. The food was great, it definitely shows the quality of produce and time put into the meals. My only negative was there wasn’t enough main meal options besides the long list of Pasta & Pizza’s. When I go out for Italian food I love ordering a meat main usually Chicken. I ended up ordering 2 entree’s which were nice but I wouldn’t go back to dine just to eat entree’s like that. Definitely a great addition to Epping though!
My husband and I wanted to try this new restaurant out for dinner so decided to see what the hype was about on the opening weekend. We were very impressed!! A inviting restaurant with authentic interior and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic..we ordered the arancini for entree first which were yum and we both had pasta dishes after. Pasta tasted fresh, homemade and was a good portion..not too much and not too little. Only critic, not a large selection on the menu for mains..but other than that, a lovely restaurant which we both enjoyed and will be back :)
