Review Gloria Jean's Coffees - Epping

Used to be 5/5, but 4/5 latest rating. Still a great Gloria Jeans :) My local Gloria Jeans. Just one of the young (new) staff members need to RELAX. I was just waiting for my coffee for 8-12 minutes and I was looking into the coffee machine while she was making coffee, she knew I was waiting for a long time, out of nowhere she just spoke up and said "just wait, you will get your coffee". I was shocked, I didn't even say nothing at all, not even at the start I was just waiting and looking quietly. She got some attitude, need to CHILLAX. Still a GREAT store :)

I always bought voltage. But the chillers from this outlet is the worst. It has been 2 times that the voltage chillers was made like an ice latte. I don’t think they understand what chillers mean. Hardly any crushed ice, all melt down like ice latte. This is the 2nd time its like this. Wont buy from here anymore!

As always, GJ's high-quality and standard coffees are at this outlet. Although there was a steady stream of customers, fast service and plenty of available tables to sit and relax at. Room for scooters and wheelchair access.

Gloria Jeans Epping is an all time favourite . It still remain true to quick good quality meals and tea or coffee, whatever you preferences are , you are sure to be satisfied And wether you are in Australia, or South Africa your will still feel at home.

As always beautiful coffee and wonderful people… Love to visit this place again and again…..

Sister and I had coffee and muffins there this morning. Although a bit pricey at $3.95, the muffins were delicious! We had the orange and poppy seed and mud choc muffins. Coffee was good 👍🏽

Got a few frappe and coffee here. Not bad. Service was efficient as always and as expected from a gloria jeans chain. Tucked away in a corner w plenty of tables to sit to enjoy your cakes and coffee. Cakes not too cheap but overall a very good experience.

Every time I visit Epping Plaza I will get myself a much needed caffeine fix from Gloria Jeans. They make my coffee they way I ask for it to be made and they also don't keep me waiting either. Both are very important to me.Staff members are very friendly and politeCake Fridge always has very yummy looking Cakes in it.Will definitely be back next time I am shopping at Epping Plaza

For a fast food chain the coffee isn't bad. Much better than Starbucks as they use better quality beans. You're always going to get a consistent coffee here, I guess that's the advantage of a big chain.

They look good, I'd really want to try it some day, I guess whenever I visit there I'm hitting you guys :D I just hope it's all good when I come :p

Absolutely disgusted. There is a short overweight girl with a large forehead that works here, who speaks like a chihuahua, i think her name tag said "monique". absolute worst service from her. easily the most stuck up, rude person i have ever come across, and the coffee she made was the worst i have ever tasted. never coming back again.

Love there coffee ! It taste like coffee and not kill and it's always hot ! <br/>The blueberry muffin goes fantastic with it yummmmy

I love their chai latte, their green tea tasted unique and delicious, and their hot chocolate was nice also. Can't say much about their coffee since I don't drink it but my brother sure loves it.
