Review Esperance Bakery - Redz Pies - Esperance

I have no words. bought a pie, the meat looked like cheap dog food. blended up with pieces of grissle, had to spit out. my husband had food poisoning from his pie. he was not well straight after he ate it. Its not that hard to make a good pie. Get a large slow cooker buy quality meat, turn it on.

Redz Pies - Esperance Bakery, Steak and Mushroom. No prices on anything and I bought bread so who knows. Probably $4.50. BYO'd sauce. A shop called Redz Pies instills great expectation. TLDR it was a standard good bakery pie. It did however fill the brief. From the first bite I could taste mushroom and tasty tender steak. Gravy was a little underwhelming but for ~$4.50 not bad. Bought it at 10:30am pastry was a little doughy and separated as seen in photos. Some bits were cooked more than others. Those were decent. If I came later it may have had time to cook. But from the stream of cars that pulled up and pulled in after I, I doubt there would be any left . Pastry 4/7 Filling 5/7 Ease of consumption 6/7 Overall 5/7 #esperance #esperancebakery ##steakandmushroompie

It's a special feeling when you are able to say, without a doubt, that you have found the most disgusting bread ever. Look no further, the chemical experiment that passes for bread in this place is just that - the worst bread ever. Avoid at all costs.

These guys made my girlfriend an absolutely stunning cake for her birthday while we were down there. Delicious is an understatement. Will be back for sure.

This is a go-in-get-your-goods-and-leave kind of shop. The pies and jam donuts are really beautiful and the flavour options are vast and fun. From memory I had the Vindaroo Pie (curry kangaroo). Enjoyed it throughly. Not set up to go and sit in for a atmospheric lunch (hence the in and out) but if you just want to eat, there are a couple of tables and chairs. The shop's got that great old aussie simplicity I associate with the 70's/80's. They're not trying to confuse or impress you with their decor, waste money on making it a place to dine. It's not a restaurant, it's a simple shop counter that opens up to the bakery itself. The reason you go is the food, and the friendly service. Never change, you're golden!

Delicious pies, sausage rolls, bread, rolls and sweets! Red and the team are quality second to none! Highly recommend!

Awesome bakery. Just like the old Dunsborough bakery years ago. Real country service too.

Probably the best bakery in Esperance, nice pies and sausage rolls, nice sweets and friendly staff.. The store looks a bit run down from the outside but not too bad on the inside considering...
