Review Lorenzo's Expresso - Essendon

Great food and service. Mushrooms were delicious. Was going to give a larger nearby Cafe a try but after 15 mins on service at all. Delicious breakfast excellent value.

Staff friendly. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the coffee was not good. My usual coffee spot was closed so I thought I would check this out. Disappointing. Could only manage a couple of sips before I ditched it.

This place is so cozy, nice seating areas both inside and outside, they have amazing coffee and a really scrumptious menu 🙌❤️

Great little gem of a coffee shop.. Great coffee & generous sized homemade cakes... ( just like mom's) Very friendly staff. An absolute treat.....

Our go to place on a weekend for brekky. Cool and cozy place , pretty reasonably priced and amazing staff. I love the cajun chicken salad and the chilli scrambled eggs. Its truly a hidden gem in the middle of essendon

Lorenzos has been s favourite cafe for many years. Great friendly staff and truly home cooked food right down to cakes and muffins. Good coffee. Quite small cafe but with an outside area there is never s problem getting a table.

My fav little cafe to go to after yoga and pilates. They make the best coffee and fresh juice. Staff are so lovely and kind. Great work guys.... keep it up

I have been here a few times now and have found this place to be a hidden gem.  The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.   I have tried various cafes within this area and nothing compares to this Cafe. <br/>Overall -  Friendly Staff , Great Coffee &  breakfast.

A very simple, unassuming little cafe with warm and engaging staff.<br/>Have been coming here for 12-18 months and have never been disappointed.<br/>The steak sandwich here is one of the best I've ever had and the omelettes are equally as great.<br/>Not the place for cold drip coffee drinking, smashed avocado eating bearded hipsters - just good honest cafe fare done brilliantly<br/>

Have been here a few times now. Coffee is just fantastic. And just had the best ham cheese and tomato toasty. You would be amazed at how many places can't do a good toasted sandwich. Cafe next to it, jonny pump was full but surprised more people don't drift down to this one add is just add good. GIVE THIS PLACE A GO. staff are lovely too A++++++

Best coffee shop in Essendon. Has great coffee, fantastic service and great food. Lorenzo's is warm and friendly with a staff that have a terrific sense of humour. Highly recommend.

Courteous and lovely staff . Amazing breakfast . I had a ciabatta with spinach and eggs and it was crispy , delicious and perfect! Coffee is also good. Highly recommended .

Just called in for a quick coffee. Pleasant enough. Looking forward to returning soon for lunch. The only downside I can see here would be the postage stamp proportions of Lorenzo's. It's very, very small.

There aren't to many inside tables so you can have a conversation, the coffee is brilliant and you are made to feel so welcome by the friendly staff. Our favourite local cafe.

Highly Recommend. Regularly go to Lorenzo’s to grab a coffee while at work and have never been let down by either the coffee or the service. You also cannot go wrong if you are looking for a great start to the day with their breakfast menu and have the option of either eating in or take away for lunch which is delicious as well. What really makes Lorenzo’s stand out from others is the great and friendly service which you are always greeted with every time you go there. It’s definitely the place I prefer to go and would recommend to others.

When my office moved to Essendon nearly two years ago I had to find somewhere to eat and get good coffee. I tried all the places but felt at home at Lorenzo's. They make a great steak sandwich, have filling and tasty pies, and the salad sandwiches are good. Scrambled or poached eggs are well cooked and tasty. And the coffee is great. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Most of my lunches are spent here.

Quaint with great service. This place is just around the corner from work and they make the best coffees in the area - always perfect and just right. <br/><br/>The inside is a little pokey if you want to spread out and relax, so this to me is just a take away snack and coffee kind of place, not a sit down place as it's too small and acoustically loud inside from the wooden floors.<br/><br/>I love the simple things... like the pies and peanut butter on toast! Quite cheap and good value for money. Drinks to take away aren't that expensive either, and the staff are much friendlier than their neighbouring cafes...

Great cafe!. The staff are very friendly, happy to have a chat and make you feel welcome - and Gina is a hit with my little boy. Food is always fresh and delicious and the coffee top-notch. My boys think Lorenzo's do the best hot chocolate they've ever had. Highly recommended.
