Nongkhai Thai Restaurant - Essendon - Photo album

Great food. Great comfy chairs and tables. Would be great if they could find enough staff to cover all the tables. We've been a number of times and they only have 1 or 2 staff working to cover a full house. The poor servers are run off their feet.
Always apprehensive to try a new place for weekend takeaway but was pleasantly surprised. Got 4 different dishes and all were delicious. Safe to say we will be coming here more often to get our Thai fix.
Took mum here for dinner on a referral from a friend. The food arrived Luke warm. It was Lacking in authenticity and spice. Overpriced and Staff wanting to constantly clear the table whilst we were still eating and the restaurant was empty. First time for us and itโ€™s the last. Ty

Restaurant itself is off the main road but itโ€™s pretty quiet inside. We ordered the Satay which I though was good. Not your usual Malaysian satay, thereโ€™s a differe
The Address is in Strathmore. On 366 Pascoe Vale Rd, opposite Strathmore train station. ๐Ÿš†๐Ÿš‹๐Ÿš‹๐Ÿšˆ An excellent choice for a dinner party or family dinner outing. You can't go wrong with this Thai restaurant. They serve very tasty, spicy or delicious meals. On their menu I recommend the Gang Dang. ๐Ÿฅ˜
