Review Barbarino's Pizza - Essendon

I've had 2 pizzas from Barbarino's and l won't be going anywhere else from now on. The pizza base is nice and fluffy and not too thick. Plenty of toppings. Their garlic bread is the best lve ever had. Great work guys. Highly recommended.

I can't express how much my family and I adore this restaurant. Not only is this the best pizza i've ever had, but the service completed by the owner and employees is above incredible. Respect, manners, passion, kindness and ensuring all orders are better than perfect. I couldn't recommend Barbarino's enough. Incredible every time.

i have to admit after being my local pizza shop for the last 6 years i can't give them less than 5 stars. the boys do a great job i have ordered many many pizzas and garlic breads off them in the last 6 years and only once had a pizza slighty under cooked but thats all i can fault them. delivery guys are good too and delivery promptly pizza never never cold. i keep it simple thou i stick to pizzas and garlic breads only. Love your work fellas keep it up

Pizza is pretty good, but delivery is ridiculously slow. They tell you 45 mins to an hour. Been waiting for 90 minutes so far, and can't get through on the phone. Suggest ordering an hour before you get hungry!

I don't write reviews, but when I read the very few reviews it has while checking their trading hours, I just had to give my 2 cents. I take my pizzas seriously. I would happily drive from Flemington to Elwood because of a pizza place there. Unfortunately that place changed ownership and was never the same. I had to find a replacement to fill that void. And boy, did I find it. My boyfriend and I absolutely love the pizzas here. They don't skimp out on the toppings like other places do, their garlic bread has never been "doughy" for me (I always get garlic bread when having pizza. How can one not?), and I've never felt like I'm being a pain or am weird for heavily customizing my pizza. And if the communal bins in our large apartment complex are anything to go by, its safe to say my neighbours would agree with me.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, received a pizza with ham and some other meat. This was after waiting 30 mins in store after being told it would be 15 mins for pick up. Careless with food preparation- utterly disgusting...will never return

We moved into the area a few months ago and tried a few local pizza places and this one is definitely the best. Absolutely delicious!

I think they are closed for renovation, but no info on when they are open again. thei phone number doesn't work.

Delicious pizza but be prepared to wait 1 hour, even if they say 20 minutes, I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here without issues, they forget orders ALL THE TIME. Beware!

They have a habit of forgetting the soft drink, usually in this case the delivery driver would go get softdrink straight away from the nearest convenience store and bring to me - the last time it happened the driver said they had forgotten to give him the softdrink but he did not even offer to go get it for me and i just had to go without it - I PAID FOR THAT COKE !!!!!!!! For this i will not order from them again!!! Shame...their pizza and pasta aint bad!

They say even bad pizza is good pizza. <br/><br/>Whoever "they" are were wrong.<br/><br/>Thick, soggy, chewy base. Cheap flavourless toppings. It was a mess.<br/><br/>My husband loves pizza. Probably more than he loves me. He ate two pieces and threw the rest away. Throwing away pizza is a punishable offence in our house, but there's always an exception to the rule. This was it.<br/><br/>+1 for the polite staff and prompt delivery - although I'm assuming the quick delivery was because they cut down on cooking time. <br/><br/>

I can always rely on these guys to deliver to goods every time. We order here for everything from pizzas to steaks and we're never disappointed!

Nope, no thanks, no more for us. We were pleased with this pizza the first couple times we ordered it for delivery but after a few more times the quality declined drastically.

They make the best pizzas in the area. If you are vegetarian try their bruschetta pizza it's is just awesome!! Very welcoming and friendly blokes!

Classic pizza. Love this place great traditional pizza and friendly staff. One of our favourite local take outs.

Barbarino's Pizza & Pasta. Probably the worst pizza I have ever had, probably because the delivery took so long I don't know but it was hard to get the pizza to not stick to the box, too oily.

If you want the non gourmet version of a pizza place well this is the place to go. Great service, generous toppings and speedy delivery!

Great pizza and pasta from Italian Chef, free home delivery from Essendon-Niddrie-Gladstone Park to Brunswick. Value for money and taste.

Beautiful! My favourite pizza I've ever had. Honestly sometimes really oily but mostly it's not, and it's always an amazing pizza no matter what! Very friendly dudes, they deliver very far and just an AMAZING pizza!

This place is fantastic great pizza and friendly service and the kids love it every time.
