Food looks and tastes stale, worst experience here but others places the food is always excellent

Food is ok, food court style

the staff are incredible rude, after i bought the food and 2 staff stare at me and speak in they own language, and while they speak they look at me again, as they talk the way seem like i did something wrong.. and even 1 of them spray the window cleaner on the window and just in front of my food, so r u looking to poison me and my family for no reason? i would go with - x100000★ but i have no choice to do that.. never go back again!

Poor and old food. The taste wasn't good. I can't recommend this place to anyone

Sushi tastes good and fresh. Very convenient for a quick lunch or snack. Would come back again.

Out doing a bit of bargain shopping and I was after a quick snack/ lunch. Sushi is always a favourite, so I tried some spicy tuna rolls from this chain sushi shop. I found the service to be quite good and quick, although the sushi rolls were a bit more expensive than other places.

The sushi was pretty good, and I enjoyed the spicy tuna filling for something different. Everything seemed fresh, and I would return to this sushi shop again for a cheap but filling snack.

Food is mediocre but staff are definitely a gem!

I think the food is a hit or miss with the chef? dont know whats going on but my food has always been decent or im just too much of a regular that they give me a good size on portions

I was craving for Japanese katsu curry but what I got was the katsu under the curry and the curry doesn’t not look like curry looked more like kids food

Not bad for bento Sushi Sashimi $12.50 and unlimited soy. But more than $2.50 for sushi roll is a bit expensive in comparison with the other sushi chain.

$3.10 for a sushi, I was craving sushi so I brought a few. Sushi was ok, had a good amount of flavoring ingredients to rice however, I was disappointed with the price.

We had honey chicken and sweet and sour pork with rice for lunch there. Both were very dry and impossible to chew. They must have been a few days old. Last time eating here.

Love it... found another “bad” chinese sweet and sour pork option for when I’m feeling like a little bit of self harm. I do have a certain tendency to have the most crazy blow outs and in this instance it was s double serve of sweet and sour with rice... not my proudest moment but certainly enjoyed it while it lasted.

The food here is hardly Japanese but I really didn’t care. Beats shopping after already having done so for 2 hours and no end in sight 😀

Delicious lunch after a big shopping spree. :-) I like that they have freshly cooked Japanese meal in very reasonable price. I know it is food court but quality is great.

Beautifully cooked Teriyake Ramen, with melt in your mouth chicken that my fiancée and I agreed was the nicest we had eaten. Crispy vegetables, very generous amount of meat, mushrooms and just everything terrific. Broth (soup) was subtle teriyake flavoured and delicious. What a great late lunch meal.

This hidden gem completed our travel to Melbourne. We ordered gyutandon and their combination food. The gentleman who served us was really friendly and we really happy with the food. The portion was generous and tasty.

Ah man.. I'm only going to give this place a 1.5 because as far as I'm concerned my meal barely escaped inedible. This is so far from Japanese food, it's shameful. Katsu curry don $10.50 was so bad.. Essentially its a schnitzel and curry sauce from a packet. When it was ready.. I stared at my lunch in disbelief and then I tasted it and then the regret sank in. They didn't even have japanese chilli powder that i could just cover it in for some flavour. Instead there was this foul tasting chilli oil/sauce that tasted really fishy which Im suspecting had lots of dry shrimp was in it. Nothing I hate more than paying for a meal I thoroughly hated.
