Review Domino's Pizza - Essendon

My pizza was ready in under 10 mins. The GF Sourdough base was delicious and for under $12 I had a very filling lunch. The young lady was polite and quick. The store is clean. What more could I ask for?

Order pizzas for my Team. We waited for nearly 2 hours. I had to ring and asked about the order. They said we do not have driver today and your order is not made yet, although it is updated on the app that ready to pick up. Appalling service. The manager does not even bother to ring the customer to update them about their situation, then expect the customers to accept their shortcoming as if the customer runs the business, not Dominos pizza. Never again from this store

If I could give a lower star I would, I used the online app to place an order which was deducted from my account even though the order was pending on my Phone. So I called the nearest store which on google is open til 11, I was then met with a female staff member who informed me their store closes at 10 in a rude manner, I then asked why I was charged if the store was not taking order to which she tried explaining how pending orders are put in holding until the order is complete in a manner that seem unprofessional, I decided to call back after this and ask why told me they close at 10 even though the store is registered as closing at 11. She then got hostile and tried saying I was calling her a lair. As I am a employer of a franchise and I don’t want this to happen to another customer. I highly do not recommend the app or trying to ask for help from the Essendon store.

Ordered just one pizza for my kid at 8:25pm and called the store at 9:25 pm, the guy says it will be delivered in 20mins. I called back at 10:05 and the manager Mario says the delivery guys couldn't find my address. This should be a joke ordering pizza for a kid made them wait for 1.5hours and finally telling them it's not goanna come... You guys are the worst....

I ordered a $30.55 extra large spicy peppy PANEER pizza through Menulog today 16/07/2022 and there was NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF PANEER in it. I called in store for my refund but the attendant has no clear answer and didn’t make me sure that I will get my refund. My order number is 227001494. Plz refund my order.

The other night we ordered a online delivery for 3 pizzas, 2 garlic breads with a bottle of Pepsi. The food came quite fast, pizzas were hot and had a descent amount of toppings. Value for money.

How is the pizza checker letting this happen? After asking the employee why the pizza was this burnt, they said it was because of the oregano. This has never happened to me with any other dominos, so it could not be the fault of the oregano. Their feedback forms do not work. Why are large pizza's so much smaller now? I contacted dominos on phone call several times to resolve my issue. The first call someone picked up and said to call back after five hours, because the manager was not there. The second call, the manager did not want to pick up and gave it to an employee to talk to me instead and told me that they couldn’t do anything for the order as it has passed a day, but it had only been 18 hours. Next, the employee said sorry but you have to deal with it for now, try to tell us the day it happens, so we can fix it. This is what I have literally done, I told this person that it’s too burnt for anyone to eat and they refused to talk to me any further and ended the call to not have to deal with me. Now, I have no refund and no compensation. I had to throw away my pizza for how burnt it was. This awful customer service needs to be addressed. I went to the store to complain to see if I can get further help on this issue, but they told me to bring the burnt pizza with me. The smelt of burnt food is just as bad as eating it, so I did not have it. Zero compensation, zero satisfaction, zero value for money, zero mouths to fill tonight, and 100 percent time and money wasted for a zero resolution process. Their slogans are misleading and this is not what I hoped to expect at all from Domino’s Essendon. Will not be returning here again.

Great service, hard working staff. Nice hot pizza's. Have to try the chicken one day soon.

Good, standard, Dominos pizza. Parking available right out front. They're not too tight with toppings. Service disinterested though- borderline surly.

Fast service. They don't skimp on the toppings, you really get what you pay for here.
I love the Hawaiian, not a fan of the double bacon though, bit too meaty for me.
The staff are friendly also.

The pizzas were hot and fresh however my pepperoni was far more oily than it usually is at other locations. It was leaking through the box before we even got the pizza home. The pepperoni itself was pretty overcooked and didn't taste great.

Very good pizzas, the milkshake is my kids’s favourite. Don’t forget to try the new product dessert pizza. Looks like very simple but very special

Never thought I would rate a domino's but here I am. Took 20 minutes to arrive which is insane. Standard domino's fare but arrives hot and is pretty tasty. Delivery driver was professional and well presented

Very good service. Nice and quick.
Good value for money too. Where else can you get a pizza with less than $10? And a good portion too!
Had been coming here for years, never disappointed us. Good work guys.
A reliable shop. Dominos in Essendon is becomming an institution especially amongst late night revellers. Here are some of the things I like about Dominos Essendon:

1) Longer opening hours than conventional pizza shops (in fact this is the only pizza shop open after a Friday or Saturday night out)
2) A wide(r) selection of goodies- my favourites include the Chicken and Bacon Rasher Pizza and the Spicy Chicken Kickers
3) Delivery service is reliable

It's not often I review restaurants but I felt the shop was unjustly maligned. Ultimately Dominos is a franchise so you know what you're getting. A Dominos in Essendon should be very similar to a Dominos in Malvern

Worst Branch in Victoria. The staff are useless, they have no idea how to use a street directory, mind that it is only 5 mins away from my home down one road. Twice they have been an hour late, driving around and tried to deliver cold pizza's. I have ordered Domino's in another area whilst at a friends house, and they are fantastic.

Don't know who owns and runs this branch. It's a discrace.
