Thanks to Vicky and John for a very enjoyable stay after a wet day on the Bikes from Sydney.
Very freindly locals with a comfortable stay in the rooms and hot showers and also great lamb Cutlets for Dinner
Beer was cold and a nice bacon and egg roll across the road in the morning
Great pub with good meals. My scotch fillet was cooked to perfection, chips on the side and a good salad. The dianne sauce was recommended by a local and did not disappoint. Bob had the cutlets and they were very juicy. The publican and locals were very friendly and we even won a meat raffle. We need to go back to this great country pub.
Fabulous owners. Husband says coldest beer he's ever had. The entire town is the prettiest, most community minded I have been to.
Enjoy what this little pub has to offer. The meals were fantastic and John was a champion publican. Don't use the pub for the toilets, meet and greet the community.
The steak here is delicious. Nice big portions and plenty of room for people to sit.
The barman was friendly and welcoming.
Friendly staff. Food was good though interestingly you couldn't add a egg to the steak sandwich.
A typical country pub in a small town, really nice atmosphere. Good food and such friendly people. My wife and I had fillet steaks and I must say, possibly the nicest steak I have had in a long time. If you are driving through stop for something to eat, you won't be disappointed.
